I visit my dad weekly the care staff are lovely and very caring for the residents. My dad is cared for and looked after well, He has lots of needs and the carers try the best to meet them. We are happy as a family with his care and the overall care for our dad.
My Uncle has always been an independent man. Unfortunately due to decline in health he was admitted to Richmond Lodge. This was his first experience with any care setting. This was a big change for him and very daunting at the time for him and his loved ones. However, as a family we are delighted in the care that he's receiving. The most important thing to us is the staff and Manager. They are absolutely fantastic. They are so down to earth and approachable. My Uncle states that they treat him with care and have a laugh and a joke with him. The Manager is very hands on and is always available to answer any worries or concerns. We couldn't be happier.
My sister has been a resident at Richmond Court for the last two years. She is very well cared for and is really happy. The staff are very lovely, down to earth and approachable. As a family, we couldn't have chosen a better place for our relative. Staff and management are the best.
My mom seems very happy and contented here and as a family, we think if she is happy we are. After visiting my mom I am sure I am leaving her in capable and caring hands.
I have always found the staff at Richmond Court Residential Home very friendly, welcoming and caring. Their approach towards my partner's mother has always been caring, courteous and professional whilst also being humorous, which I feel is important - keep up the good work.
My mother has been a resident here now for just over 12 months and I have always been satisfied with her care.
Everything as always has been good with the care and the staff are welcoming.
It's a lovely place. You can tell anybody anything and it remains confidential. The carers are kind/excellent. If you want anything nothing is too much trouble. The food and my room is excellent. The staff are brilliant.
My mother was a resident at Richmond Court where she received excellent care. The staff and management were always kind and helpful. The staff ensured that I was able to communicate with my mom every day during the Coronavirus lockdowns. Nothing is too much trouble.
My husband was in long term care before and during the coronavirus, the carers we’re loving and extremely helpful through this anxious time and guided my self and my husband through Alzheimer’s, and his darkest moments with professionalism. I was informed stage by stage on a regular basis, the food was wonderful, choices were given the same with beverages, with tea coffee biscuits and cake including snacks on an evening. The management was both professional, caring and understanding in all aspects of their work. My husbands time with Richmond Court will not be forgotten and thank them all.
I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Richmond Court. My experience was spectacular. The care for my mother was heartfelt. All the staff there are so caring and professional to both my mother and myself. The owners very special people, I have so much respect to what they have provided in the care to my mum when she was poorly and I could no longer care for her at home. I’d like to say all of the staff you are very much appreciated in all you have done for Mum and me, thank you.
They are amazing with my nan, nothing is too much trouble. I never worry about her care when you have such wonderful team looking after her.
My father-in-law has been in this care home now for three years. Since he has been here, the service has been excellent and he has been well looked after. The management and staff always makes everyone feel most welcome.
Sorry, this review is late but would like on say a great big thank you for looking after our dad. You did your very best even when none of us knew what his condition was. Your staff were brilliant with him and were always welcoming. Through no fault of the home, dad was sent in and out of hospital by other professionals but you welcomed him back and continued doing your best for him. As a family, we were truly grateful for the care you showed him whilst in your home.
