Whenever I visit mum, she is always comfortable and safe.
Staff are very informative, and the home is clean.
We as a family are very pleased.

The care given by the care staff was always good. Room cleanliness, however, was not always good and overall the home's appearance looked quite tired. My friend found the food's variety limited and the quality variable. What was described as supper was very predicatable and included an odd
combination of (always) sandwiches and another item such as a sausage roll or chicken dippers, for instance. Most of the staff did not have English as their first language so it could be hard work communicating sometimes. The outdoor areas were limited and access to them quite difficult from Peach unit. In the last twelve months staffing levels often seemed minimal which impacted on my friend's sense of well-being at times. However, since my friend had no family nor no one particular person to champion her cause, I felt that overall she was well cared for and that the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive; always trying to help.

Mum has settled in here so well . We are so pleased about that. It is such a relief to us that we know she is well taken care of and that her conditions are monitored closely . It's a lovely community - calm , clean and well organised. I can't praise the staff enough - the care and respect given
to all of the residents is second to none. There are daily activities and plenty to keep residents engaged with each other and also in their environment . It's such a welcoming place . Thank you so much

Our Mother was only at Autumn Vale for 2 weeks for end of life care. The staff there were absolutely amazing and treated her with the utmost dignity & respect. Through the last few days of her life, the staff also took care of us as a family, and allowed us the opportunity to spend as much
time together as possible. We will forever be grateful for their care.

Staff are very polite and helpful, also very informative. Home is very clean. My wife is very happy. My wife made some recovery physically so quick, unbelievable.

I cannot praise the care my mother has received enough. She came in for 4 weeks' respite after a broken hip, and from start to finish, the staff from the management down have been fantastic. The care and respect they have shown her made her feel at ease in an environment that was unknown to her. I
have not rated activities or value for money due to her only being here for a short visit. All in all, a lovely care home. I would not hesitate to place Mum here full-time if and when needed.

Found staff extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. We have found that the home is always clean and there seems to be always some entertainment on for the residents. If our mother needs any medical attention, this has always been attended to promptly. Our mother seems happy here at Autumn Vale.

Thank you for all the support and care that you gave to my uncle over the last few months. The staff that looked after him were exceptional. We felt very welcomed every time we visited. I would like to say a special thankyou to the way that my uncle was looked after during his end of life by all the
staff especially the nurses.
I will be forever grateful for the nurses that helped us to get through his passing with the dignity and respect they gave to my uncle and to us. The personal touches helped us so much to deal with a sad situation.
I highly recommend this care home for the staff and the way they tirelessly work always with a smile on their faces even when they are so busy they are an asset to this care home.

Great food. The team that worked were excellent. Couldn't fault any of their work - and are so happy and caring. The nurses were lovely, caring and considerate. Cleanliness is quite good - but should use disinfectant that smells nice.

Caring and competent staff. Good engagement with residents. Staff are calm and respectful. Nice atmosphere. Room is nicely aired and very clean. My aunt is very content here.

Mum arrived 15 months ago in a non communicative state, unable to feed herself, dress herself or complete daily functions. Within a few months, this had started to come back due to the care, the sensitivity all the team have shown, along with patience, understanding and a true desire to do the very
best for her. I feel so happy and blessed that she is at Autumn Vale, as she is happy, safe, and cared for in the best possible way. So thank you to everyone.
