My mother receives such excellent care and attention at Inspirations. She is extremely comfortable and happy, with every need addressed. The staff are warm, welcoming and create a homely environment for the residents- which is lovely to see. The day-to-day activities and seasonal celebrations in offer are outstanding, creating moments of joy for my mother. Her key workers know, understand and often predict her needs daily, providing seamless care for her. Outside engagement such as doctor / optician and dental appointments are managed by the care team here, with regular updates and communication to me. This timely and thorough information sharing reassures me that my mother is in the very best place, with each and every need met meticulously. I cannot recommend Inspirations and the staff there enough, as excellent care providers.

In the time my Mother has been a resident of Inspirations I have had no issues with her care whatsoever. The staff, Debbie in paticular, have been wonderfull, caring and kept me informed of any issues relating to my Mothers day to day care. Overall INSPIRATIONS is n excellent care home facility and i'm happy to know they are looking after my Mother so well.

Atmosphere provides personal care and attention to each individuals needs and adapted to their personality. The experience for both individual as well as family and friends is warm and very comforting. Efforts are made to establish an unchallenged and supporting environment. Facilities always appear clean and high standard of hygiene apparent.

As a family, we are happy with the care our dad receives at this present time. We did have some issues a few months ago which were not good at all. But we are happy, as a family, with the way the manager and other staff dealt with the issue that it will not happen again. The only other thing, as a family, we would like to change is visiting. Now that Covid is no longer prevalent, we would like to be able to visit without making prior arrangements.

My Dad has been at Inspirations Care Home for 7 months. He settled in well, although it was difficult at first moving from his own home into a care home setting. The staff have been very caring both to my dad and to the relatives. The care home is very clean and the food is excellent and well presented. My dad loves the puddings. The care home does lots of events and they include the family members to join in with the Residents. Recently Dad's health has deteriorated and the staff have offered extra support to Dad and also to the family. They have been very quick to get in an assessment team to Dad and arrange extra support from the GP. The staff have also given me advice and support. Inspirations is very welcoming and give very good service and I would recommend it.

My mother has been a resident at Inspirations Care Home for nearly two years. Her treatment both physically and mentally has been excellent. She has ongoing dementia. She has always been treated with the greatest of care and respect. The staff are attentive to both mother’s every needs, keep me and family updated on her health and mental condition. They try to keep the residents active both mentally and physically (wherever possible). With different activities and entertainment, but also offer quiet time rest and relaxation. Mother has always been a good eater and appears to enjoy meal time and regular tea and biscuits times. Overall I rate the home to be good.

My mother went to Inspirations Care Home in August 2022 with dementia. Before this time, my elderly father had looked after my mother for three years but the situation had become very difficult with my father frustrated, angry and exhausted and my mother, increasingly needing professional care, was often confused, tearful and vulnerable. From the first day my mother started, Inspirations took time to get to know, understand and help her. Within a few weeks, Mom was far more settled and relaxed and continues to be so. Dad's visits became a positive and Inspirations went out of their way to include him in events including Christmas and Valentine's dinner at the home and the Coronation celebration just before his death a few weeks ago. Dad died knowing Mom was safe and being well cared for. I have found Inspirations easily contactable, always happy to listen, answer questions and give you time. The regular review meetings are a big plus.

I am very happy with the care Mum is receiving, I feel she is safe and being well looked after. She is enjoying the activities, is a lot more settled and happy than in the previous home she was in. Every time I speak to her she sounds really happy and on all her social media photographs she looks happy which puts my mind at rest seeing I live so far away on the other side of the world. All the staff I have spoken to are really helpful, sound lovely and caring people. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Inspirations Care Home to anyone. Thank you all so very much!

We are very happy with the care at Inspirations. The staff are friendly and caring. The senior staff are very experienced, and we feel that Mum is in good hands and is safe. The home is spotlessly clean and always smells fresh. The activities are varied and fun. We really appreciate the Facebook page; admin do an excellent job. Inspirations is managed well, and any issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.

My mum has changed from a miserable, unhappy lady who wouldn't wash or eat, take her tablets, and refused to cooperate with anyone into a smiling woman who has her nails done, gets dressed and enjoys her food. I cannot express my gratitude to the hard-working staff.

Inspiration Care Home has in my opinion gone over and above the care my relatives have received and the support they have given to me. Sadly I have recently lost a loved one and the care and respect that the whole team have shown me and my family were second to none, this care home comes highly recommended by myself not only for the care they show their service users but to the family members also.

The care my mother received at Inspirations was outstanding. The staff were kind and considerate and looked after my mother so well. She had Vascular Dementia. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. My mother was happy and well cared for to know a loved one is being so well looked after gave us peace of mind.

Excellent in all respects. Very clean. Careers attentive, understanding and caring. Lots of appropriate activities. He looks better than he has for ages and seems very content. I have every confidence that he will be very happy.

A warm, friendly and informative greeting was followed by an insight into the clean tidy and well-maintained living accommodation. The service users are all presented as clean, happy, content and most importantly are well cared for by highly professional and helpful carers. I am confident that my father is in the best possible place at this time in his life.

This is an excellent home with a homely and caring atmosphere. My mother has been treated with dignity and respect and staff have gone the extra mile helping her to settle in and have kept family informed regularly. It has a real family atmosphere which stems from the owner and care manager who have been in charge for many years and obviously take pride in the way it is run. I would have no hesitation in recommending Inspirations, particularly for someone who is living with dementia needing expert care.

I have complete faith in the staff to provide the best care for my mother-in-law in very difficult circumstances. The communication between us has always been excellent and the manager has always gone that extra mile to ensure my mother-in-law is treated with dignity.

Over the last "Covid year", Inspirations Care Home has kept us up to date with all the necessary procedures to protect residents, staff and volunteers. The care home has been proactive in ensuring we as a family have had contact with Mum with a range of interventions, culminating in a face to face visit last month. There is a very good activity programme connected to residents' interests and birthdays, as well as one-one sessions based on individual needs. All well publicised on social media with great photos. Staff have done a great job. Thank you.

As a family, we are happy with the care our dad receives at this present time. We did have some issues a few months ago which were not good at all. But we are happy, as a family, with the way the manager and other staff dealt with the issue that it will not happen again. The only other thing, as a family, we would like to change is visiting. Now that Covid is no longer prevalent, we would like to be able to visit without making prior arrangements.

The care my mother received at Inspirations was outstanding. The staff were kind and considerate and looked after my mother so well. She had Vascular Dementia.
