Inspirations Care Home

My mother entered the home with moderate dementia which advanced over the next three years until her death. The management and staff at Inspirations provided a high level of personalised care for my mother as her dementia advanced. This included a referral to the Black Country Mental Health team when there was a change in my mothers behaviour and increased agitation. Inspirations facilitated the involvement of me and my siblings at these appointments which resulted in a positive effect on our mothers behaviour and quality of life. The home was well staffed at all times with a high level of care. Inspirations were always keen to involve our family and communicated well with us through individualised contact, regular reviews and social media updates. There were regular activities that my mother enjoyed, particularly the contact with a local primary school. End of life care was exemplary and afforded maximum possible dignity.

Great place. Staff are always very friendly and respectful to both residents and visitors. Residents are looked after very well, and all seem very happy. Meals provided are nutritious and varied. Inspirations provide a great variety of daily activities and days out that stimulate mental wellbeing. Would highly recommend this setting to anyone.

My mother receives such excellent care and attention at Inspirations. She is extremely comfortable and happy, with every need addressed. The staff are warm, welcoming and create a homely environment for the residents- which is lovely to see. The day-to-day activities and seasonal celebrations in offer are outstanding, creating moments of joy for my mother. Her key workers know, understand and often predict her needs daily, providing seamless care for her. Outside engagement such as doctor / optician and dental appointments are managed by the care team here, with regular updates and communication to me. This timely and thorough information sharing reassures me that my mother is in the very best place, with each and every need met meticulously. I cannot recommend Inspirations and the staff there enough, as excellent care providers.

Overall INSPIRATIONS is n excellent care home facility and i'm happy to know they are looking after my Mother so well.

Atmosphere provides personal care and attention to each individuals needs and adapted to their personality. The experience for both individual as well as family and friends is warm and very comforting. Efforts are made to establish an unchallenged and supporting environment. Facilities always appear clean and high standard of hygiene apparent.

The only other thing, as a family, we would like to change is visiting. Now that Covid is no longer prevalent, we would like to be able to visit without making prior arrangements.

Inspirations is very welcoming and give very good service and I would recommend it.

Overall I rate the home to be good.

I am very happy with the care Mum is receiving, I feel she is safe and being well looked after. She is enjoying the activities, is a lot more settled and happy than in the previous home she was in. Every time I speak to her she sounds really happy and on all her social media photographs she looks happy which puts my mind at rest seeing I live so far away on the other side of the world. All the staff I have spoken to are really helpful, sound lovely and caring people. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Inspirations Care Home to anyone. Thank you all so very much!

Strong leadership.

We are very happy with the care at Inspirations. The staff are friendly and caring. The senior staff are very experienced, and we feel that Mum is in good hands and is safe. The home is spotlessly clean and always smells fresh. The activities are varied and fun. We really appreciate the Facebook page; admin do an excellent job. Inspirations is managed well, and any issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.

I have found this care home to be of a high standard - cleanliness, care and food all seem to be of good quality and always interested in your comment and opinions.

My mum has changed from a miserable, unhappy lady who wouldn't wash or eat, take her tablets, and refused to cooperate with anyone into a smiling woman who has her nails done, gets dressed and enjoys her food. I cannot express my gratitude to the hard-working staff.

Sadly I have recently lost a loved one and the care and respect that the whole team have shown me and my family were second to none, this care home comes highly recommended by myself not only for the care they show their service users but to the family members also.

My mother was happy and well cared for to know a loved one is being so well looked after gave us peace of mind.

Excellent in all respects. Very clean. Careers attentive, understanding and caring. Lots of appropriate activities. He looks better than he has for ages and seems very content. I have every confidence that he will be very happy.

A warm, friendly and informative greeting was followed by an insight into the clean tidy and well-maintained living accommodation. The service users are all presented as clean, happy, content and most importantly are well cared for by highly professional and helpful carers. I am confident that my father is in the best possible place at this time in his life.

This is an excellent home with a homely and caring atmosphere. My mother has been treated with dignity and respect and staff have gone the extra mile helping her to settle in and have kept family informed regularly. It has a real family atmosphere which stems from the owner and care manager who have been in charge for many years and obviously take pride in the way it is run. I would have no hesitation in recommending Inspirations, particularly for someone who is living with dementia needing expert care.

I have complete faith in the staff to provide the best care for my mother-in-law in very difficult circumstances. The communication between us has always been excellent and the manager has always gone that extra mile to ensure my mother-in-law is treated with dignity.
