The care at Kingsley Court has been fantastic! They're looked after my brother so well, and it's been a really positive experience overall. He's living with vascular dementia, which affects both his mind and mobility, but the staff always treat him with dignity and kindness. Carers to management have been brilliant and I've always bee kept informed about his condition and wellbeing. The rooms and environment are always clean and comfortable, the food great, and facilities well maintained. Social activities are regularly organised and makes it feel like a home away from home. Thank you to all the team at Kingsley Court.

Great staff, very kind and patient with residents. Enjoy attending and hospitality of staff at monthly party/parties-events. All residents look happy and clean and healthy. My mother looks healthy and clean. Thank you to each and every one looking after my mother here at Kingsley Care Home.

My father has been a resident at Kingsley Court for 4 years now and I have only ever had positive experiences with the team. The staff are very caring and always respond to any queries we have very promptly. My father is also very happy at Kingsley Court and feels very well looked after.

My grandmother seems very happy and well cared for here. The staff are friendly and know my dad well.

We have had my dad here for 10 years and we love the service they give my dad. They clean, shower, haircut, clean feet every week so we love everyone here.

No complaints whatsoever. Kingsley Court is a professional, well-run care home. My mother is well looked after and treated respectfully and with care. These staff are friendly and helpful every time I visit. I wouldn't like her to be anywhere else.

I have always found the staff at Kinglsey to be very caring and professional. Whenever I have any questions they are answered straight away. Whenever you visit Kingsley the rooms are always clean and tidy. I would recommend Kingsley to others.

My mother has been resident since 2021 - and the staff know her well, adapt to her needs as the time has gone along. They engage her in activities, keep fit, gardening etc. The staff - provide good care, the home is always looking to be of assistance in caring for my mother- I would have no hesitation in recommending Kingsley Court.

My mum has been at Kingsley Court for a couple of years now and we are so happy she is spending her last years in such a wonderful, caring place. Mum has been happy and contented from the moment she arrived. They take wonderful care of her and attention to detail is great. Mums skin is in wonderful condition and she is still going strong at 90 thanks to all the staff and their hard work and dedication. An amazing group of staff in a well lead and run home. Having worked in care myself I know great care and management and Kingsley Court has it.

Mum generally enjoys her time here, she has very caring & helpful staff who have always given her great care. She would sometimes like some more variety in food & music choices (she likes salads & classical music), but she likes the camaraderie and most of the activities. She especially enjoyed taking part in the carol concert last Christmas and the Valentine's Day lunch, which was a lovely activity.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Kingsley Court. Always friendly and caring, providing my mother with the care and comfort she needs and me wth the reassurance and support any worried relative needs. I can highly recommend the care home to anyone taking the difficult decision to hand over care of a vulnerable relative. I have never regretted it.

Sadly My Mother has passed away at 94 I just want to thank all the staff at KingslyCourt For There Kindness Helpfulness Caring throughout her stay. she arrived Nov 2023 went to the second floor when she was more mobile and in July 2024 was moved to the 1st floor when she was less able to get around. sadly passed away on 19:/3/2025. I would recommend this Care Home the Staff are Outstanding.

This is a lovely care home and all the staff are very caring and friendly. There are many activities held here, supporting all faiths. The senior staff are very approachable and listen carefully to any concerns or issues raised. I am so reassured that my brother-in-law is looked after so well by everyone.

The staff at this care home are extremely kind, approachable and very professional. Nothing is too much to ask. My husband is happy and contented at the care home. All his basic needs are very well cared for.

We could not be more pleased with the care my parents are getting at Kingsley. Everyone has been so helpful to accommodate them as a couple with their individual needs. Thank you so much to everyone at Kingsley.

As usual with every review, I always ask Mum if she is happy and her answer is always happy, happy, happy! I am very happy with the care Mum gets and the staff are lovely. Much appreciation to the manager for doing a wonderful job.
