My Dad has been here since Oct 2025 and I can't praise the team around him enough. All of the carers and managers are so caring towards the residents, nothing seems too much to ask. They are all treated as individuals and their likes and dislikes catered for.
Dad seems very happy and has gained
weight and looks sooo much healthier since he has been there. He has a lovely view from his bedroom window which he loves. I can see him whenever I wish to and am always welcomed with a cup of tea

residents.
The caregivers are attentive and responsive to my mother's needs, ensuring she feels valued and respected. They go above and beyond to engage her in various activities, promoting both her physical and mental well-being. It's heartwarming to see her so happy and well cared for.
Communication with the staff is excellent; they keep me informed about my mother's health and any updates, which gives me peace of mind. I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work of everyone at Mount Pleasant.
