I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my mother has received at Mount Pleasant. From the moment she arrived, the staff has shown nothing but kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The facility is always clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable and safe environment for all
residents.
The caregivers are attentive and responsive to my mother's needs, ensuring she feels valued and respected. They go above and beyond to engage her in various activities, promoting both her physical and mental well-being. It's heartwarming to see her so happy and well cared for.
Communication with the staff is excellent; they keep me informed about my mother's health and any updates, which gives me peace of mind. I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work of everyone at Mount Pleasant. They have made a significant positive impact on my mother's life, and I highly recommend this care home to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.
