Just want to comment on what I saw on Wednesday on the dementia floor at Park House Care Home Guisborough .
Sheila & Sally were the preforming singing and playing instruments.
They had a lovely way with the audience lots of songs the guests knew the words too and the switch would turn on and they
were awake and present in the moment x
Quite emotional to watch a few tears were shed with the guests .
Tracy & Michelle were the staff in the room encouraging the guests to sing and be involved no one was ignored they showed care and professionalism a credit to the care home .
A big thank you for caring for my dad .

Mum receives excellent care throughout the care home. The nurses are so caring and go above and beyond their duties to make sure my mum is happy and comfortable. The room is cleaned to a very high standard, and her clothes are washed and returned very quickly. There is lots of regular entertainment
and interaction.

To Guisborough Park House. We were all in a new phase of vulnerability with our father's condition by Sept 2025. But after speaking to the manager and staff during a care home visit we felt relaxed in the knowledge that Park House was the place for our dad to stay for his respite care. Unfortunately
he had to stay quiet a while due to family situation til January 2026. While he was there, Dad was treated with respect, care, love for the man he is. We can't express enough our gratitude to all the staff at Park House for their incredible, professional, positive, kind, caring, knowledgeable. These individuals who had an effect on us as a family have supported us all taking the time to understand our concerns.

My mam has been in Park House for 3 years now and during that time everybody who works there has always gone above and beyond to care for her every need, the food is always very nice, Mam is always well preseneted and the home is always spotlessly clean and tidy. In my opion the value for money
question should be removed, we put Mam in here because it had a really good feel factor, and didn't shop around for the cheapest home.

Park House looked after my dad for 3 and a half months with care, compassion and love.
They supported us both through a very difficult time.
All the staff are second to none and I could not have selected a better place for my dad to end his days.
Thank you Park House from the bottom of my heart.

My mam became a resident of Park House approx 2 months ago, the day she moved in we were all anxious and apprehensive after a previous home treated mam horrendously with unsafe procedures and sub standard care but from day 1 in Park House mam has flourished the staff are unbelievable with their
caring attitude and willingness to do what it takes and go the extra mile to ensure all residents have the best care possible, it has been a godsend for mam, and us as a family.

The whole family was so impressed with the care my father received at the home. This was really highlighted through the loving care & dignity at his end of life. We were also cared for with the security of their presence, yet given space. We will always be very thankful.

The team at Park House continue to take great care of my mum. She has been very poorly recently and they have been warm, caring and very quick to ensure her medical care, food and drink are maintained and checked each day and close liaison with the GP surgery. I feel very relieved that she is so
well looked after. The Manager and Deputy Manager are brilliant, approachable and quick to address any issues, and obviously aware of my Mum's changing care needs. Over Christmas, the team made sure we could spend time with Mum, enabling a family Christmas dinner with her and lovely decorations and activities in the home, it made the day very special. The home is spotless and the food is really good and tailored to Mum's needs. Thank you!

My stepfather has been at Park House since June 2024, I have found the staff and management easy to talk to, to help sort any problems that are needed (as we haven't been in this situation before) to be solved. Rooms are a lovely size and immaculate. There are choices for meals and drinks, and
everything I have seen is five star. There are plenty of activities and the facilities are exceptional. The overall experience of Park House is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. It is a safe and secure property that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The team at Park House continues to take great care of Mum, they are incredibly professional and quick to pick up any issues however small, and very helpful and patient in enabling me to speak with Mum by phone. The home has had some decoration over the summer which looks lovely, the place is
spotless, warm, and very welcoming. Mum loves the food, Sunday lunch and meals. The Manager and Deputy Manager are fantastic, approachable and very quick to pick up any issues. All of the teams are outstanding, carers, housekeepers, and catering.

I have found Park House a very caring and friendly place, nothing is too much trouble for management and staff.
My husband is very happy and I don't worry about thinking is he alright as I Know if there is a problem it will be sorted.

Outstanding care home, Mum is so settled, and the staff are outstanding from the kitchen to the housekeeping department to the wonderful care staff. Management runs the home brilliantly. Thank you to all 10/10 from me.

My dad has been in Park House for a couple of months. Despite him being very reluctant to go into a care home, he has settled in from day one and now absolutely loves it. So much so he asked me to confirm this was now his forever home as he likes it so much. The food is excellent and he enjoys being
able to socialise with the other residents at meal times. He also enjoys the activity sessions as it fills up his day and gives him a social life. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make the residents happy and comfortable (even setting up his subscription TV service when the company failed to). Highly recommended!

My mother became a resident in 2021. Each time I cannot fault the care home. Each member of staff from the manager and all the care workers, particularly three members of staff, each of which I can have a bit of banter with, look after my mother with care, dedication and professionalism.
More
important is the view of my mother. She absolutely loves living in the home. She always tells me how caring the staff are and how they are always there to care for her in every way morning, afternoon and night. The food is excellent and the social activities keep her mind and body occupied.

The home recently has had some maintenance and decor work done,
when you walk into the home it is just so homely and comfortable, the home is outstanding from the management to the carers, kitchen and domestic,
my friend is so happy and well cared for and always smiling.

Fantastic home.
My grandpa has settled really well in Park House. All the staff are attentive, friendly and always smiling. Nothing is too much trouble. They are very supportive of his needs and allow him his independence too. The food is lovely, he always tells me how good it's been every day I
visit. The home is spotlessly clean throughout. The entertainment that is on a regular basis is great. My grandpa wouldn't normally get involved but he has been dancing, playing games and is always looking forward to what's coming next.
We couldn't have asked for a better place for him to stay.
