My aunt was in Aveland Court for 10 months until her death. The staff were courteous and caring and couldn't have done more for my aunt or ourselves anytime we visited. The last few days of my aunts life we were shown love and concern for us ll when my aunt refused the meal prepared for the other
residents they would always make sure she was given something she liked. Towards the end when she was failing, the staff knew that she liked chocolate and managed to give her chocolate buttons which always brought a smile, I can't praise the staff and manager enough as always showed love and compassion, the home when we visited on a weekly basis was always warm clean and didn't smell and always has happy residents.

Outstanding care 24/7 very friendly homely atmosphere activities daily staff excellent food excellent good management. Rooms excellent been to other residential home this is the best I have seen over the years, outstanding.

My sister and I have been so pleased that Joan, our mother, was put into Aveland Court when she came out of the hospital. We could not have asked for a better care home. All the staff, from the management to the chef and cleaners, carers and the maintenance staff have been wonderful. We felt we
could approach the team leaders if we had any concerns. The kindness and care that was shown to my Mum was unparalleled. We feel lucky that she was in Aveland.

Carers and all staff are always welcoming, smiling, and very professional. It's a pleasure to visit and I consider them my 2nd family. They have made this a home from home for my friend. I cannot thank them enough.

When I heard that Mum was going to need the support of a residential home I was worried that her worst fears were about to come true. Neither of us could have been more wrong and we found an incredibly friendly and supportive environment at the Aveland Court. The team were approachable and caring at
every level, welcoming and flexible with visiting hours and sensitive to individual needs. The daily activities provided along with regular entertainment slots really boosted Mum's sense well being and all the residents clearly looked forward to joining in the fun. She did so well there that after a few months she was able to return to her own home.
I think that she really needed the structure and stimulation after so many years of living alone. Knowing that Mum was getting regular meals and receiving her medication in a timely manner was very reassuring for me especially. Above all she was safe and secure and I hope that if the need arose she would be able to stay there again.

The staff are all very good and treat Mum with dignity and compassion. Overall care is excellent. The rooms etc could do with being updated. The food is good!
Mum is happy here, which is most important and they make me feel very welcome as a visitor!

My Mum has not been at Aveland Court long and has taken a long time to settle in but with the care and attention from management and staff, I have recently seen a huge improvement. The staff gives time up to sit and chat with her making sure she has all she needs and is happy. I have a huge sense of
relief knowing Mum is now being well cared for and not at home at risk.

Since my Mum came to Aveland Court, she has been more settled and happy than in previous places. The staff are all kind, and caring and nothing is ever too much trouble. They have helped my Mum settle so well into the home and made her room feel like a safe space that's her own and also decorated it
in colours my Mm had chosen. There is always something to keep my Mum entertained such as days out, activities, and live entertainment. Aveland Court is an amazing place that feels more like a family rather than a care home. This home was most definitely the right decision we could have made for Mum.

My mother was very well cared for whilst having respite care. She regained her strength and motivation with the support of everyone who works at Aveland Court. If ever she needed to return to a care home this would be her first choice. Thank you!

Cannot be faulted. The staff are polite, efficient, cannot be too helpful and very cheerful. The food is also first-class. The managers, the staff and the cooks cannot be faulted.

Our mum was taken to Aveland Court after leaving the hospital but was not able to return home because she was not fit and home needed things done so she could cope.
The staff were all really nice and very kind, and their caring was so good. She has not returned home, and we are very happy with all
that was done for our mum.

Aveland Court is an outstanding care home. Every member of it's staff shows love and affection and nothing is too much trouble.
Aveland Court is spotlessly clean, the meals provided are wholesome, fresh and beautifully cooked. My mother's room is light and spacious and has her own pictures and
ornaments around her. There are daily activities like gentle exercise, a singer, pet visitors (very much appreciated by my mum), bingo, arts and crafts and much more. It's created a new happy chapter of Mum's life. She is happy and so am I. Feel so happy to have found Aveland Court.

This is a first-rate home. From the minute my mum was admitted, the service and welcome have been excellent.
The staff are so kind, and nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend this home.

I cannot fault the care received by my mum here, for respite care. All the staff are very welcoming and caring. An experience we were very worried about but it was a truly caring home from home.

I want to say a big thank you to Aveland Court staff for a lovely Easter Party for family, friends and residents. It was lovely to see so many people and lots of children joining in with the well thought out activities. There was live music, games, an egg hunt and a fantastic buffet.
All staff
and Management work hard to give the best of personal care to each resident and also make you as the family feel welcome.
My dad has been here 6 months and he is very happy nothing is too much trouble.
I would recommend this care home to all.
