Mom has been at Redhill Court for 3 years now. We really wouldn't want her to be anywhere else.
Every member of staff really care about the job they do, are kind and respectful to residents.
The food is amazing, Mom eats 3 regular meals a day, with a homemade cake everyday at 3pm thrown in for
good measure.
I really wouldn't want Mom to be anywhere else!

My husband has been with Redhill care home for 5 years now. He has always been extremely well looked after, both physically and mentally. There is always plenty of activities should he wish to participate.

Lovely place my mom ls happy.
Lovely staff lots for the residents to take part in.lovely out door seating for the summer days overall appearance is lovely with the flowers.great location.As a daughter I'm happy to see my mom smile again she has made some good friends in the staff and restaurants.

My Mom has been in Redhill Court a little over a year now, Mom is so well cared for, the staff are so kind and caring the home itself is so well maintained Moms room is always very clean. The food is excellent it is such a comfort to know Mom is so well taken care of i am very grateful to all the
staff .

Our Mum is treated with care and compassion by all the team. Living a long way away from Birmingham we know that she is in safe hands in a loving environment. The team at Redhill cannot do enough to make sure she is well cared for.

I am happy with the care provided for my mother at Redhill Court Residential Care Home. Generally I have found the staff friendly and caring. I am glad that a new activities person has been appointed because I think it is beneficial for the residents and enjoyable as well.

I have found the staff and care given at Redhill court has been excellent. During an emergency they took my Mom in offered immense support not only to my mom but also the family. My mom has been there since January and the care is 2nd to none that she receives.the staff are very caring and
understanding of her needs and offer great support to the family also. I will be forever grarefull to them for making such a difficult time so much more bearable and the love and care they show to Mom.

I can not say enough here how grateful I am to Redhill and each and everyone of the staff. My sister is of complex needs with dementia and autism. She is so well looked after and treated as an individual and always with respect. I looked after my sister prior to her joining the Redhill family and
she was very hard work but insisted she would never go into a home. Eventually she had to go into Redhill and really felt at home straight away. If I or anyone asks my sister if she is happy she says "of course I am it's a life of Riley" I am also made welcome and I know all of the staff and we have a chat and a catch up every time I visit. If I could give more stars I would, it is truly an excellent home. Thank you Sanctuary Care and Redhill Court

Truly feel my uncle couldn't be looked after better. Caring understanding team at Redhill Court. Clean, warm, safe environment with activities for all. Assistance where we need it most for hospital visits. Thank you for everything you do.

Words fail me for how full of praise and gratitude I am and have for the entire staff at Redhill Court. My dad has only been here for just over a week now and already my dad has had his hair cut, showered and shaved on a regular basis, it might sound small thing but in his last care home of 10
weeks, he was bathed once and never shaved, we as a family had to do it. Here at Redhill he is receiving proper care with dignity and a smile, we now as a family have quality time with dad when we visit and don't worry about it or him now. Dad loves the place. Well done all staff and thank you so much.

My aunt is always well cared for and sat in the lounge, whenever I visit. Her room is always spotlessly clean and tidy.
The staff are very caring and attentive.
Redhill Court is somewhere to be recommended.

All staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. We have been visiting for at least three years and are very happy with the care our friend is being given. He seems very happy in your care. Thank you.

Wet room is absolutely wonderful and kept nice and clean. The room is very spacious. The view for the squirrels is great. The staff are very helpful, very polite. My brother-in-law feels that he is much better here than the last place that he was in. He likes the food. He loves the cinema. I like
the security system.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. The home is clean and tidy and always in good condition. My brother said that the food is great. My brother is very happy here. The bedrooms are spacious and homely.

Our Mother was admitted in December 2024 after a short stay in hospital since her admission we have noticed a vast improvement in her condition, she looks really well which coincides with the constant care that Mom is receiving from the care team. Meals are excellent, the staff are very polite and
welcoming to all family members.

The home is very warm and welcoming. The staff supports my Mother with all her physical needs and emotional support. They keep me informed of any changed in Mum's care.
They make us as a family feel we are part of the caring team for Mum.

The staff are amazing with all the people they care for. My nan seems happy at the home and my nan didn't want to leave her own home but she has all the comforts of home in the care home. The care she receives is outstanding. Would recommend the home to anyone looking at care homes for their loved

Excellent home, my Nan is since March 2024 and we are so happy for her to be here. My Nan has dementia, sight problems and cancer. She is having the best care of her life and we as family can't fault them they are all excellent and really care for clients.
