The home has catered to my relative's needs with care, compassion and professionalism. Staff are welcoming to me on visits and keep me updated on matters and decisions need to know about but do not trouble me with minor day to day issues. My relative is able to live a full life and is extremely
happy at the home. She appreciates the staff and sees the home as her home. Francis house is always extremely clean and information about meals/trips out is on the walls as well as photos of residents at various occasions and days out.
