Care is of a high standard. The carers are helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The activities programme is inclusive, stimulating and varied. The home is always clean with a regular laundry service.
The menu is varied and caters for all tastes. Orders off the menu are always accommodated. There are
regular drinks available. All the staff are hard working and flexible with good teamwork and listening skills and any queries are resolved. The home is secure. The rooms are attractive and comfortable. Some rooms have a view of the garden.

Excellent care! Excellent facility. Really good management support. Family member really settled down quickly into respite care. Good rooms and continued support for mobility. Daily activities provided.

My Mum was admitted here for end of life care at short notice. The admission team worked fast to get her in on the same day with good communication. Her time in the care home was brief but the care and dignity that she was shown was of a very high standard. All the staff showed so much compassion
towards mum, myself and our family at a very difficult time. It helped us tremendously and I cant thank them enough.
Knebworth care home is very clean, tidy and welcoming. The room mum was in had an ensuite, was of a good size and peaceful. The standard here is excellent in all areas and I would highly recommend

My father spent just over six months at Knebworth care home, Woolmer Green. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful and the care provided was of the best quality. Without hesitation if you need a care home for respite or longer term this is a fantastic choice.

Service and staff are excellent, friendly and caring. The home is always very clean and tidy. Parking is sometimes a problem, perhaps eliminating some of the green space would be an answer as it is not a used facility. The facilities are of a high standard and surpasses other homes in the area.

Overall my mother was very happy staying here for 2 weeks respite after a fall. There were a couple of small incidents at night which management were looking into. Overall all the staff were happy and always smiling, they seemed to really enjoy working at Knebworth Care Home. If I have to find
fault, it was not enough parking, which would deter me from my mother staying there on a full-time basis. A big thank you.

Very welcoming environment professionally run. Overall excellent experience albeit felt the food at times fell short of expected standard for example served partially frozen sandwiches once. It would be nice to have a heated towel rail to dry things on.

My dad was here only for 1 week for end of life care. The staff were amazing at a very difficult time. They not only looked after my dad but cared for myself and family when we were hereThe care home was like a hotel for the residents, great rooms and facilities , would highly recommend. Thank you

My father has transitioned smoothly to Knebworth Care Home the staff have reassured and supported my father to feel safe. My family feel confident in the care that is being provided and feel we are working as a team to ensure my father feels safe and comfortable. My only suggestions would be more
varied options for the afternoon tea. Thank you to Knebworth Care Home team.

Choosing a care home is a difficult and emotional one. From our first visit the home stood out as a place of warmth and professionalism. The key to this home is its staff. My wife was so happy for the weeks that she was there. I did not need to worry as I knew she was being well looked after. The
staff are so kind and patient getting my wife to connect with others. It was like a home from home.

Since arriving here in November 2024, I have experienced nothing but kindness. My "voice" is always heard, and responses and resolutions are always swift. I can be very demanding, but I'm always met with a smile. The staff are amazing. I feel very privileged that a vacancy became available for me at
the time I needed it.

The staff are all very friendly and professional. I am confident my mum is being well looked after in a safe place, which is a relief to me and my family, most of which live abroad.

Whilst my husband was not able to fully benefit from the beautiful surroundings and wide choice of activities Knebworth Care Home had to offer in the short time he was there, we cannot fault the high standard of care and compassion that was shown to him and, indeed, to us as well. Nothing was too
much trouble and our interactions with all the staff were supportive, friendly and highly professional. We would recommend Knebworth Care Home unreservedly.

This establishment and staff demonstrate everything that care should be. Lovely, well adapted, modern, purpose built surroundings with super caring staff. My family and my father were treated with professionalism, empathy and understanding at a very difficult time. The staff really care and listen,
and residents are treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The coffee shop is a wonderful addition. We were always greeted with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble.

Whenever I have left Knebworth Care Home after visiting my mother I have always been impressed. My mother is treated like family - with kindness, respect and love. I am constantly touched by the efforts of all the staff to created a wonderful atmosphere for all residents. To be able to trust all the
staff to provide wonderful care is truly admirable.

Our experience so far has been excellent. My Nan is clearly being looked after very well with nothing being too much trouble for the excellent staff. In the space of one week, we have seen my Nan grow in confidence and steadily recover from some injuries sustained prior to her time at Knebworth Care
Hone.
The care staff have taken the time to get to know my Nan and understand her needs.
The staff are brilliant and we can have confidence in knowing that my Nan is truly being cared for.

I came to visit my friend who is 104 years old and lived here for 5 1/2 years. I had lunch with her and everyone was extremely kind and helpful.
