Very welcoming environment professionally run. Overall excellent experience albeit felt the food at times fell short of expected standard for example served partially frozen sandwiches once. It would be nice to have a heated towel rail to dry things on.

My father has transitioned smoothly to Knebworth Care Home the staff have reassured and supported my father to feel safe. My family feel confident in the care that is being provided and feel we are working as a team to ensure my father feels safe and comfortable. My only suggestions would be more varied

Choosing a care home is a difficult and emotional one. From our first visit the home stood out as a place of warmth and professionalism. The key to this home is its staff. My wife was so happy for the weeks that she was there. I did not need to worry as I knew she was being well looked after. The staff
are so kind and patient getting my wife to connect with others. It was like a home from home.

Whilst my husband was not able to fully benefit from the beautiful surroundings and wide choice of activities Knebworth Care Home had to offer in the short time he was there, we cannot fault the high standard of care and compassion that was shown to him and, indeed, to us as well. Nothing was too much
trouble and our interactions with all the staff were supportive, friendly and highly professional. We would recommend Knebworth Care Home unreservedly.

This establishment and staff demonstrate everything that care should be. Lovely, well adapted, modern, purpose built surroundings with super caring staff. My family and my father were treated with professionalism, empathy and understanding at a very difficult time. The staff really care and listen,
and residents are treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The coffee shop is a wonderful addition. We were always greeted with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble.

Whenever I have left Knebworth Care Home after visiting my mother I have always been impressed. My mother is treated like family - with kindness, respect and love. Our experience so far has been excellent. My Nan is clearly being looked after very well with nothing being too much trouble for the excellent staff. In the space of one week, we have seen my Nan grow in confidence and steadily recover from some injuries sustained prior to her time at Knebworth Care
Hone.
The care staff have taken the time to get to know my Nan and understand her needs.
The staff are brilliant and we can have confidence in knowing that my Nan is truly being cared for.

My aunt came as a respite user and we have been have been very pleased with everything at Knebworth from the time she initially joined, to her movement to become a permanent resident. The care and support offered by the staff has been tremendous, particularly as she has had to attend a number of external

What a happy, friendly environment. Staff fantastic, helpful and supportive. We would like to thank the lifestyle coordinator and two other staff members in particular for their kindness and support during my wife's stay. One piece of advice that would have been helpful is about medication, it must
be bought in in its prescribed box. Cannot fault people, service, food and environment.
