The team is dedicated to enabling residents to get the most out of each day. The lifestyle team plans fun group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents' hobbies and interests, as well as trips and outings in the home’s minibus.

Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

The care my mother has received so far has been excellent. My mother is in for respite care (2 or 3 weeks) after suffering a broken hip and every member of staff has gone above and beyond the call of duty. The home itself is spotless, the food is superb and the facilities are second to none. 10/10.

When I returned, Mum was sitting with a drink & was in wonderful spirits. She told me she had had a lovely few hours doing chair physio, chatting with others, & enjoying the warm & friendly atmosphere. She even stayed for lunch, which said so much about how relaxed, comfortable, & cared for she felt. Seeing her so content was incredibly comforting. I believe a Home Manager should be reliable, proactive, supportive and a good listener. My favourite part of the day is seeing the difference our team makes to residents’ lives and knowing that we are making a positive impact every day.
One of my biggest career highlights was commissioning and registering a new care home with the CQC. I’m proudest when I see residents happy, safe and feeling part of our big family, as well as seeing team members develop and succeed.
The most important part of my role is ensuring residents are always treated with dignity and respect, while making sure team members feel listened to and supported to make a real difference to residents’ lives.
