My mum spent the last few months of her life in here. She was happier here than she had been for a long time. She was well looked after and cared for by all the fantastic nurses and staff. It was a great relief for my family to see her enjoying the last few months of her life.. I would like to thank
all the staff nurses and everybody else for taking such good care of my mum.

My mum is nursing resident with dementia she dosnt get out of bed. She is well cared for in evey aspect of her care. The staff are lovely and so caring. Any issues they call you straight away. We also feel at ease when we are at home knowing she is fine .

My Nan is cared for excellently in every way. We could not ask for a better service. Staff are lovely, there's always someone there to help, and getting in contact over the phone if something is wrong.

My nan has been resident of this care home for close to 3 years. She is bed bound due to disable and having serious dementia. The care home are all contacting my family with any issues that my nan may have.
She's is very well looked after from friend staff from day interaction at meal times to
bathing. Staff are really friendly with the family from the lady at the sign in desk to the nurses looking after the residents and my nan clearly loves being in the care home. I really cannot rate this care home enough.

The staff are second to none. Always kind, helpful, understanding and endlessly patient. When entering the nursing home it is clean and fragrant but sometimes there is an odour in the corridors and I think a room spray in the corridors may be a help. My mother is self-funding and it's frighteningly
expensive.

Extremely high standards, excellent communications. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was, it actually smelled clean when I entered, always a good sign. My mother was treated with the highest regard and greatest of care. I have nothing to report. A great place to place a loved one.

The manager manages the home very professionally. The head of nursing and the whole team across the services were amazing and everyone showed great compassion. We were worried about choosing the right home and this one shone out above all others. Many of the residents' relatives feel the same way as
all of the staff are friendly, caring and nothing is too much trouble.

My mother moved into Cheshire Grange in July 2023 following a fall. The care that she has received in the last 12 months has been outstanding. The staff and management are so nice and caring with her. She has a lovely, spacious room overlooking the garden, and she enjoys being at Cheshire Grange.
The food and drink on offer are excellent, and there are many activities for her to be involved in.

My mum came to Cheshire Grange having spent eight weeks in hospital. Mum never mentions going home as this is her home. She is comfortable and content. The design of the building is superb, with easy access doors, a welcoming area in the cafe, wide corridors, a relaxing lounge and a garden to
reflect upon your visit. The staff here are truly amazing, friendly, compassionate and joyful. Mum is exceptionally well cared for, with attention to her every need. I always look forward to visiting my mum, and whatever the future brings, I feel totally supported.
25 September 2023
Excellent throughout, although more care/training is required concerning recharging and use of hearing aids. Two have been "lost" over the last 9 months or so and at £1800.00 each this is no small consideration.

My sister has been in the brilliant care of the staff at Cheshire Grange for approximately six years. She has a neurological condition and has difficulty communicating with her carers and the medical staff. Despite this, the staff have been superb in ensuring that she enjoys the best possible care
and that her needs are constantly monitored, assessed and immediately dealt with. I cannot praise the staff too highly and the facilities are second to none. A massive thank you to the manager and all her brilliant staff at Cheshire Grange.

My dad changed homes after being in another home and neglected. He ended up in hospital for 3.5 weeks. I went to look at Cheshire Grange and before viewing upstairs I knew this home was the most amazing home for Dad. The staff are just family all working so closely together for the best care for
each and every resident. Unfortunately, Dad passed away after 10 days. The care, love, empathy and total dedication of every member of the staff were truly amazing. We cannot praise everyone enough for all they have done. Thank you will never be enough.

I wish to pay tribute to all the staff who cared for my dad with such dignity and respect in the last months of his life
Everyone involved was so kind and caring and made me very welcome when visiting.
The decision to transfer a loved one to the care of others is very difficult but it was the
right one as I was able to spend more quality time with Dad in his last months.

Where do I begin and how do I ever thank you for making the decision to take Mum into your care at Cheshire Grange? As you know, since her head injury she had terrible experiences and never settled and seemed to constantly be in mental and physical pain. It was very traumatic at times for me to
watch. When she came out of Warrington Hospital into the warmth of Cheshire Grange and the brilliant, brilliant nurses, carers, housekeepers, chefs and the lovely lady on reception (I hope I haven't missed anybody!) I knew that Mum was in safe, caring hands. To one member of staff, in particular, I will never ever forget your face, voice, hugs and kindness. You were my rock I could turn to. Without your reassurance and keeping me updated, I would be a far sadder person than I am today. The comfort we have is that Mum passed away in the most beautiful, calm, professional caring home. Thank you to everybody at Cheshire Grange, you are family to us.
12 September 2022
I love that Cheshire Grange is a purpose-built care home that can cater for all my mum's needs. The staff are lovely; a lot are the same staff from when Mum first arrived five years ago, so it feels like a second home. I wish there was a bit more happening on Bridgewater, although I can appreciate
entertainment can be difficult. It was a shame there were no decorations for Cheshire Grange's 10th birthday, for instance. The flowers on the balcony this year are a nice touch. Overall, it's a lovely care home, and I'm glad that Mum lives there and is well looked after by the lovely staff and nurses.

My 92-year-old mum has been in Cheshire Grange for four years and has received excellent care throughout. During the pandemic when visiting was not allowed the staff kept me updated on everything that was happening and how well she was coping. This was very reassuring as it was a difficult time for
everyone concerned. The staff are cheerful and this has a positive effect on the residents and relatives,
Although mum"s memory is deteriorating the care and attention she receives is excellent and the carers encourage her to remember her time at Cheshire Grange with much laughter and encouragement. She has been very happy. Recently mum has been in and out of hospital but the staff have always included me in any decisions which had to be made. Everyone works together in teams to make the home run smoothly
17 August 2022
The Staff have been excellent and patient and I am totally happy with the medical care plan that has been instigated.
I like the way that the Staff involve the resident about their care and discuss things to get the best solutions to suit the situation.
The atmosphere when I visit is peaceful,
happy and friendly.
The overall quality of the care is exceptional.

My 92 yr old mother who has dementia and is registered blind has been a resident at Cheshire Grange since March 2020. The care she has received is exemplary and we are more than happy with the home. In particular, the standard of care and the dedication of all the staff is superb. I have been
touched to see how skilfully the staff helped both my mother and me acclimatise to the massive change of moving from her home for 50 years into residential care. This happened at the start of the pandemic, which brought immense challenges to the staff - they have risen to those challenges admirably and always with a cheery disposition. I would heartily recommend Cheshire Grange to anyone looking for residential care for their loved ones.
29 June 2021
Staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful, Mum is extremely well cared for. Nothing is any trouble for them and they work very hard to make sure that the relatives, have had the chance over the COVID pandemic, to face time and have zoom calls with their loved ones.

My mum is in the Cheshire Grange in Lymm. I am so impressed with all the staff there. I live in Newbury so I am not close, but the staff involve me in everything that is going on with my mum. I get a FaceTime with her normally twice a week. I also am able to speak to the nurse when I phone. Where my
mum is, l can’t praise the home and staff enough. My mum is mostly bedridden. It took a while to get her pain under control, it was the first time they had come across this but they should have said earlier that my mum has got Alzheimer's, Parkinson’s and she has Osteoporosis. She is a fantastic mum and we the family no she is being looked after so well, we couldn’t wish for anything else a doctor in and he finally got it sorted. My Dad and my sisters are allowed in now. My mum definitely knows who my Dad is. When he visits she just holds his hand all the time.
