Always very pleasant staff all rooms are very clean and the staff are always obliging. My mother and I have just attended the mothers day afternoon tea what a glorious afternoon we all had the staff all worked so hard and we all enjoyed a lovely sing song afterward.

Overall my mother has settled in very well and has been treated very nicely by the majority of staff. I had to make a complaint about one member of staff after she treated my mother terribly, but this was dealt with very quickly. Have had a few teething problems which are slowly being ironed out. Praise to 2 staff members in particular who have been very helpful. Overall, this is a lovely care home and I feel at ease knowing my mother is ok.

Staff are brilliant had a lovely time at the mothers day afternoon tea. Mum since she has been here has improved 100%. Many thanks to all the staff.

Excellent care home, and is pleasant to visit. I can't think of a better care home for my mother in Law. The one issue is parking. It is only luck that you find a place to park within the car park when visiting and due to the road outside with it's cycle lane nowhere near to park. I can only think that the cars parked in the car park are staff. There ought to be a row left for visitors to use.

Home always kept spotless staff very good attentive when possible. Rooms very good facilities. Cleaners always working very hard to keep up standards. Maybe suggest swipe card entry system at front door so staff not running about letting people in all the time.

When visiting we are always welcomed. Mum is always clean and comfortable. The staff are always willing to discuss any concerns.

Bradley Hall is more than just a home it's a family. The staff and residents are not just people, they have become friends and family. Mum is cared for and treated with the respect and dignity she deserves. Knowing Mum is safe and cared for allows us to continue to feel comfort in the fact that her moved to Bradley Hall was the right decision.

All staff have been excellent since Mum arrived in September and her health and frame of mind has improved 100%. That all credit to the team at Bradley Hall. Thank you all so much.

My mum is well looked after at Bradley Hall. The staff are caring and kind, nothing is too much trouble for them. Bradley Hall is a lovely, spacious care home, it has lots of activities for the residents to do. It's like home from home.

December has been a good month with all the different activities and schools visiting which the residents have really enjoyed. The home is decorated well with all the decorations. All visitors have been warmly welcomed to various events.

Mum moving into a home was the last thing my sister and I wanted but eventually we were not able to care for her ourselves. Bradley Hall has turned out to be a wonderful choice. Mum is treated with care and love, the staff are kind and treat her with dignity. As mum's health deteriorates we are kept fully informed. As we visit at least four times a week we have found the staff friendly and caring.
