My mom was there for just 1 year and she was well looked after and the staff were always pleasant . There were plenty of activities going on and singers visiting regularly . Moms room was enquire and always tidy and clean

I can't thank the staff enough at Himley Manor for taking care of my mom over the last four years. She was always lovely and clean and well fed. Because of her dementia she could be angry sometimes but the staff always spoke to her in a cheery way. I'm sorry that she had to move from there due to a
fracture of the hip as needed nursing care.

A comfortable and well run care home. Care provided was excellent, and the staff looked after my mother with patience and in a very helpful manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the home to others.

My mother spent a short time in Himley Manor. She was well looked after, well fed and settled very quickly. After spending 18 years living alone the staff managed to get her up dancing which she loved. We would have no hesitation in recommending this home.

My wife and I have always found this home to be very clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My mother seems to be very well settled, and very happy. She has told us on several occasions how well looked after she is.

Himley Manor is a lovely, clean and well managed care home. The staff are excellent and the rooms are very good. All the facilities are first class, food, entertainment and staff care of residents is marvellous. Couldn't be better.

My Dad was at Himley Manor for just on a year. I can't tell you enough about this home. The staff are brilliant, amazing and extremely caring. They could not do enough for our family. Dad was looked after in the most caring, respectful and dignified manner.
The home is clean, comfortable, warm,
accessible and modern.
I can not thank every staff member or Manager enough for the care of my Dad.
Thanks to each and everyone of you.

My mother was a resident at Himley Manor for about two years before passing away.We have nothing but praise for the way they were with her and to us as a family.Nothing was to much trouble for her and the support they gave to me and my wife was so appreciated.She loved it there ,the food the carers
all of it.It was always great when we visited we were always asked if we needed anything and my mom always looked smart in her lovely clean clothes.The home itself was always clean and tidy and didn't seem like a care home .Mom passed away Sunday which is so hard but the care she received in end of life we will always be grateful.Its like a big caring family there and we couldn't praise it enough .Thank you .Would highly recommend.

The care home was excellent, all the staff and management were very kind and caring towards my mom, everyone enjoyed her company - the security was very good indeed, it was a very safe environment for my mom, and I would recommend the care home to any of my friends who come to the time when loved
one's cant manage on their own anymore and need to go into care.

Very busy care home, always full, sometimes carers slow to meet patients' needs (ie, toilet and time to chat). Room pretty basic for patients, call it an ensuite but no shower in there.

Himley Manor Care Home has a warm and caring atmosphere. My mom is cared for very well and is happy. Staff are brilliant and very attentive, they do their best for all the residents. I am happy with the activities offered to my mom.
I always feel comfortable when I leave my mom because I know she
is receiving excellent care.

My brother was looked after with the utmost care.

Very happy with how the home is fun. Always a friendly welcome when we visit. No unpleasant smells! The staff are friendly and police. The home is kept lovely and clean. Mom's room is well-kept.
Staff are attentive to Mom's care needs and we have no issues with the care and support she receives.
If we have any concerns/issues there is always a staff member to speak with and our concerns are normally dealt with promptly. Overall Himley Manor is a good home with good staff.

Mom was a resident of Mimley Manor for 12 months prior to her unexpected death in April. As a retired nurse, I found the staff to be very professional. All of them treated Mom with compassion and kindness. She was very happy living there. Having to ring me in the middle of the night to inform me of
Mom's passing could not have been. Easy for the staff, but they were so kind.

Warm, friendly so kind to my lovely Mom and also to myself, sympathetic to my Mom's needs and myself. Making sure they do their utmost to give Mom her needs as she's frightened and gets worried, they make sure she's happy by doing their best to do what helps my lovely Mom and myself. Thank you so

My mom was a resident throughout March. The care she received was very good. Mom can be very difficult at times and I admire the patience that the staff had with her. Overall, all the staff were very attentive and understanding throughout my mom's stay.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. The Christmas part was not up to standard to be fair - sorry.
Have no other issues and am very happy with the care standards given.
