Lovely staff always very helpful with my grandad's needs. Always very tidy when we visit and are very nice offering drink or snack. I feel my grandad is taken care of and happy.

Alexander House employs carers of the highest calibre. They are patient, kind, and effective. They cared for my Mother night and day with integrity, intelligence, and imagination. I would highly recommend this small, personal care home in the centre of East Sheen.

The staff in the home are very caring and treat the residents like members of their own family.
I am regularly kept informed of my father's situation either when I visit or by telephone calls.
My father has been here now for over two years, and I am very happy with the way he has been looked
after.

Excellent care home and staff. My wishes were taken into consideration always. My mother died peacefully at the home which is exactly what I wanted.

My dear friend has been a resident at Alexander House for a long time and has been beautifully taken care of ever since she moved in there. Whenever I have visited her, I have been impressed by the loving care and attention given to her at all times; the staff don't just do what is necessary, they
always go the extra mile to make her, and indeed the other residents, feel special.
Because I live quite a long way from the home, and cannot visit my friend as often as I would like to, I am always very grateful that I am kept up to date on her progress. I would like to thank everyone so much for their continued care and attention. Well done!

I have been a volunteer at Alexander House for a couple of months now. I have gotten to know the residents and the staff quite well and I’m made to feel welcome and part of this caring family, I love them all.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Alexander House to any friends or family
member who was in need of a care home.
I can honestly say that all of the staff give 100% dedication to each and every one of the residents.
The needs for each individual are taken care of with respect, dignity and compassion.

My father is well looked after by the whole team at Alexander House. The managers are also always available to discuss any needs regarding my father's care. The care home has different events for the residents to enjoy. My father speaks highly of the team. Thank you to all the staff for a fantastic

My mym has settled in well. The staff are very caring. The home feels like a real home, and the ethos of staff visiting the resident's home to do their work rather than regarding it as their place of work helps achieve this. A warm and welcoming place that carers well.

My father has been in Alexander Care Home since April 2022, initially, he entered the home on respite but we were so happy with the care he was receiving that we decided it was in his best interest to remain at Alexander House. All the staff are so caring and attentive to my father's needs. It was a
very hard decision for my father to go into a home and they have been so helpful with the process to make it easier for us. The staff treat my father with respect and dignity and I couldn’t be happier with the care. They give lots of feedback and have regular contact with us. The care home is homely, clean, and in a lovely location. The garden is big, beautiful and relaxing. All my father's medical needs are cared for and activities. The manager and his team are amazing! I know my father is cared for and they genuinely love the residents. Thank you!
