Overall I am very satisfied with my mums care at Park View. The staff are polite and respectful towards everyone and whenever I've visited my mum she is always well presented. During Xmas the home was well decorated and presents were arranged for everyone along with an amazing Christmas dinner. The
managers are always available for a catch up when needed and her room is well decorated and clean.

Whenever I pop into visit my mother at Park View I am always warmly welcomed by everyone. The staff have always looked after my mother with the upmost respect and dignity, making sure she is happy and well care for. Activities take place throughout the day and the meals served are appetising and
plentiful.

The care my Mum receives at Park View is superb. I feel the care staff really do care and go above what I expected. They treat my Mum with respect and pay such good attention to detail around her personal care and her day to day living. Management are always available and respond promptly to any
queries I have and the communal areas are well lit and clean.

I think Park View is a very well run and welcoming care home. The staff are amazing and the level of care they give to my parents is second to none. The home is spotlessly clean and the food is good. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Park View to anyone.

Park View provides an excellent service and has been caring for my mother extremely well. The staff are friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. There is always a lovely choice of food and everywhere is clean and smells fresh.

It's a great comfort knowing my father is being so well looked after at Park View. The staff are friendly, kind and respectful to him and others living at the care home. His room is beautifully decorated, furnished well and I was encouraged by the home manager to bring in personal items to make his
room feel more homely which I think has done him good. The activities staff do an amazing job in getting my father and others involved in the events put on and the meals served looks and smell appetising.

From the initial visit my mother-in-law stated " I feel safe here" We felt that if there had been an available room at the time Mum would have moved in then. After only a few weeks the opportunity to move came up and with the expertise and support of the management and admin team a move was so easy
to complete. Mum has said that she is enjoying herself but may have to buy more clothes as the food is so good she will be putting on weight. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The staff and management are all fantastic at Park View Care Home. They're very friendly, caring and respectful towards my mother. Every time I come to see her she looks happy and well dressed. The activity staff are amazing with her and all the other residents as there is always some sort of

I can't speak highly enough of all the staff at Park View care home. We as a family are always made to feel welcome and they have looked after my Mother exceptionally well. There are good activities put on from movie nights, puzzles, gardening, etc. and the variety of food is fantastic. Thank you

Park View is an excellent care home with the staff and management being very kind and caring. Whenever I see the staff interact with my mother I can see they treat her with dignity and respect, the home is well-kept and clean. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Park View.

Park View is a well-run care home with committed and caring staff. When I visit my mother her room is clean and organised and she is always well dressed. The home is airy, has good food and regular activities. Should I need to speak to someone regarding my mother's care there is always someone
around.

Since my mother has been at Park View I have noticed great progress in her day-to-day well-being. The staff are patient with her and don’t rush her when providing care and when I visit she is always clean and well dressed. My mother is a very active person and loves taking part in the activities put
on and there is a lovely garden area with raised flower beds which she enjoys spending time in.

My mum has been very happy since moving into Park View. She struggled with day-to-day living on her own at home and since making the move into Park View she seems much happier, less stressed and in better health. The staff are very caring and they put on regular activities and events for my mum and
others to take part in.

Having to find and place my dad in a care home was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I looked at several care homes before choosing Park View. The home is clean and tidy and there is plenty of outdoor space where residents can go out into. I have found the staff to be friendly and
should I have any queries about my dad's care I am able to discuss these with the manager.

During my mother's stay at Park View, I have found the staff to be genuinely kind and caring. The home is kept spotless, the food smells lovely, and the activities staff do a fantastic job in keeping residents engaged and stimulated.

My mum has received nothing but professional care and support from the staff at Park View Care Home with there being staff on hand 24 hours a day. There are daily activities which take place and that my mum enjoys taking part in as well as outside entertainers who come into the care home. Park View
also caters for my mum's dietary requirements and her room is kept neat and tidy.

Park View Care Home is a fantastic care home with it being modern, well kept and clean. My father has dementia and requires a high level of care, however the staff are really patient and care for him so well which is evident when I visit. Would highly recommend this care home for anyone looking for
a place for a loved one.

Park View Care Home has provided incredible, compassionate care towards my mother, the staff really do go the extra mile. I have every confidence in the staff from the carers, housekeepers and management that when I leave from seeing her that she is in safe hands. Her room is nicely decorated and
well-furnished with other facilities within the care home being kept and maintained to a good modern standard. I would highly recommend Park View.

All things considered, I am very happy with the care my mum is getting at Park View. It's never an easy thing when a loved one has to go into care, however during my mum's time at Park View, I have found the staff to be honest and exceptionally caring towards my mum. When I visit her, Park View has
always been clean and tidy and the food served at meal times looks appetising.

From the start of my search for looking for a care home for my dad, I have never regretted choosing Park View. They have been professional at all times, viewing the home was straightforward, any questions I had were answered and it is clear that the care and wellbeing of the residents is their
number one priority as when I visit my dad from his appearance alone can tell he is being well cared for. The food is good with Park View doing its best to accommodate my dad's likes and have always found Park View to be clean.
