Staff are always pleasant on my visits. They seem caring and attentive to my wife's needs. They are quick to respond to any emergency concerning the wellbeing of the resident.

Always found staff very good in all aspects towards residents and myself. They look after my partner brilliantly and no worries about her being here. They all do great jobs.

Whilst the furnishings and surroundings of Elgin care home are not lavish, the care given and displayed by all staff, in my experience, has been second to none. The needs of my mother had always been the number one priority of all staff and I have always felt reassured by this.

The owner and his team arranged an immediate assessment and were very accommodating. The team were very friendly and professional in giving the care that was needed. I would like to thank all the staff at Elgin care home on behalf of our family.

I do find the food and care very good, in fact excellent. I feel very safe here and there are plenty of activities. I find the staff very friendly and helpful and can speak to them about any problems that may arise.

I say how well he is being treated, all the staff are always about, they are helpful, friendly, polite and above all caring, you can see it within their approach. Everywhere you go within the home it is clean and tidy. The management is really good and helpful and interested in what we have to say.

I can not pride this home enough. All members of staff are fantastic, they go above and beyond.
They care for my mum. She hasn’t been so well since being in Elgin House, she was really poorly when she went into Elgin House she has Altzimers, she is clean and well dressed every day, just like my
mum should look.
She eats and has her medication on time. Which has helped with her condition.
They are stimulated every day.
I really cannot praise Elgin House enough for what they do for her and in turn our family.

All the staff are very welcoming. Certain staff are extra friendly and kind. I telephone each evening to speak to Mum and they are very happy for me to do that which is kind.
Mum has every need catered for, e.g. hair, dental, doctors. Carers are patient and kind when continually asked the same
questions and don't get exasperated.
Tea and coffee/biscuits are offered to visitors which is lovely.
Maybe there could be more activities.
Residents perk up when physical and mental exercises take place.

The Elgin has the nicest, most caring staff. It is like living with family. The accommodation is adequate. Cleanliness OK. The evening menus are peculiar. Could do with a bit more reminiscence during the day.

Friendly care home, secure. Everyone was known by name. Home cooked meals. Nurse and Doctors always called when needed. Quizzes and music played. Always contactable by telephone.

My brother and I and all the family would like to thank everyone at Elgincare for the amazing care they gave to our dad in his final months, he passed away peacefully yesterday 24th April with a carer by his side holding his hand.
From the day our dad went into Elgincare they made him feel special,
made him smile and above all made him comfortable.
It is everyone's worst fear when the day comes that you have to make that difficult decision to put a loved one into a care home but Elgincare and all the staff put our minds at rest from the very first day and continued with their care and support to the end.
A very big thanks to everyone at Elgincare.

This is a friendly and accommodating care. The staff are very caring and help as much as they can. The food is of a good standard and well presented. However, a few hooks/shelves and a mirror in the bathroom would be appreciated.

We have been so impressed by the commitment shown by all staff at Elgin.
My father appears to be so well looked after and we are constantly updated with his progress. If there are any issues regarding medication etc we are immediately contacted.
A huge 'thank you' during difficult times.
