The level of care provided by the staff here is amazing. We could not have found anywhere better for our parents. Mum and Dad are so happy here in their shared room. They are so well taken care of, and every effort is made to go above and beyond meeting their needs.

During my visits to this home to see a dear friend of mine, I have been made to feel at home, on all visits I was offered with my friend refreshments and snacks. The home is warm, friendly and feels relaxed. The new manager is very accommodating along with all the staff. There is a lovely smell of
cooking on my visits. I was nearly tempted to join in with the reminiscence activity that was taking place in the dining area. I would like to thank all management and staff at Oriel House for their hospitality whilst my friend stayed with you.
