My father has been to a few different care homes, but Brackenbridge is by far the best care home he has been at. A combination of great facilities, comfortable bedroom & fantastic staff, makes my fathers stay enjoyable I would highly recommend Brackenbridge.

I was referred to Brackenbridge House via Hospital for further care.
My experience was one of friendly, proffesional, and detailed, a well oiled machine of whom I would reccomend to anybody that are looking for a Care Home of stature.

Our Dad was in Brackenbridge House for Nearly two year's he sadley passed away on the 20th June 2025 his care was Excellent Staff and Management very careing, also made us feel very welcome when visiting a big Thankyou to all

Clean environment, conducive rooms, great care of clients. . My clients were extremely satisfied with the level of care they received. I witness the staff attend to.my clients with dignity and respect

I have seen a big improvement in Mum since she arrived, both phsycal and mental. She engages in things that she would never have before. The staff are caring and very understanding.

Must tell you, Brackenbridge House Nursing Home was a lovely place for my mother. The manager and the team were all fantastic. All the staff were very caring and supportive, I couldn't ask for more for my mother.

Brackenbridge House staff were there to help me look after my husband's welfare and safety when everything else failed. I know when he's there he is well looked after, clean and fed. He is safe in the environment and is never forced to do anything but encouraged.

Mum has been a resident for over three years. We chose this home as it feels like a home with a lovely garden and lots of kindness.
Mum has become very poorly and this has reinforced the high standard of care she has always received. The affection of all the staff towards Mum has become so much
more evident.
We are very grateful for the standard of care always given to Mum and we know she is happy here.

My husband came to Brackenbridge House following a very long spell in hospital.
The staff at Brackenbridge House have, without exception, been friendly and helpful. They have made him feel welcome and ensure that all his care needs are met. My husband also mentions the excellent quality of the food
and he enjoys the daily exercise class.
When I visit, the home is always very clean and well-maintained. The staff are welcoming and are helpful if I have any queries. The other residents always appear calm and content.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who make the home such a warm and caring environment for the residents.

When I came in August 2023, I really didn't know what was happening. I was very confused about things. After a week, things became a lot better. I really like this care home and the staff. It is a lovely place to have to stay when you are not feeling well and in the right frame of mind. The staff
are lovely, helpful and kind. I will never forget this place, it will always stay with me. If I had trouble in my life again, this would be the place for me. Thank you.

I am very happy with this home for my dad as I live 100 miles away. He is treated very well and all the staff are lovely and friendly. Couldn't wish for a better home.

My mother has been a resident for a few weeks now and is adapting very well. The staff are kind and accommodating and food is appetising and readily available. The residual health problems are being addressed by NHS staff who visit. I am glad that she is somewhere she is safe. Above all, there is a
friendly atmosphere.

The staff of Brackenbridge House have displayed true care and patience amongst all residents in my presence and I feel like family when I visit. During a delicate time, I am made to feel comfortable and confident. Every need and more is provided for my sister and she is extremely happy. I no longer
need to worry about her care and safety.

In a short space of time, my friend's life has been enlightened with joy and interaction with others who are trained in accommodating and caring for challenging circumstances, mentally and physically. I have been most impressed by the patience of the staff and their efforts to understand each
individual's needs and it is always a joy to take part in the activities provided.

We came on Christmas Day to be with Dad and the staff were wonderful. Making us feel comfortable and part of the party. They had all made an effort. We joined in on a lovely Christmas Dinner. Dad enjoyed his too. Thank you to the manager and her team!

I find Brackenbridge House a very run home. The place is always clean and tidy. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, any concerns are addressed and resolved. The meals are very well prepared and tasty and they have lots of different activities.

I found Brackenbridge House to be a very excellent place. It is very clean the staff are very friendly and able to assist any way they can. My partner's room was kept very clean and tidy (it felt more like a vacation room).
I could not hesitate to recommend this place, I would go as far to say
that in the event I needed such care and attention in later years I would be happy to stay there,

I could not be happier with the wonderful care my beloved aunt is receiving at Brackenbridge House. She's so well looked after, the food is very high quality and her room and the home is spotless. The staff make it - they are warm, friendly and always smiling it's a perfect place for care.
