Lovely atmosphere and always friendly the girls and gents always go above and beyond. Mum-in-law always seems happy and loves the food. Gives us peace of mind.

My dad has been here for 3 months and is now settled really well thanks to the fantastic care and delicious meals!
The staff are very caring and attentive, it really is one lovely big 'Firs Family'.

From the time mom moved into the home (Dec 24), she has been well looked after at all times. All of the staff are very nice and patient, even though mom can be awkward at times due to her dementia.
The home is clean and nice and I cannot fault anything or anyone.

Excellent staff and great service to the residents.
Always helpful and understanding. Whenever there is a problem due to ongoing health concerns the staff contact us immediately and provide details accordingly. We always feel well informed and that she is important as as individual which is very
reassuring to her family. The room is very clean and comfortable and weather permitting she is able to go outside with help.

My mother-in-law was looked after by great staff, lovely communication throughout! Kept us informed of any concerns and all updates of any incidents. Can't thank the staff at The Firs enough.

I have lived here for 2-and-a-half years and am well looked after. It is a happy home and I am very comfortable. All aspects of the home are good.

My parents have been residents of the Firs since August 2023 due to both of them having Dementia. In all this time I have been very impressed with the carers not one has been unpleasant and they cannot do enough for you.
The Firs is a very homely place, and my mom and dad are very happy there and
the staff make a huge effort to insure that their personal care and appearance is maintained.
My parents are treated with the utmost respect and dignity which I am truly grateful for and I would recommend this home to anyone.
