Dear David, Thank you so much for your review and it is so encouraging to her the comments relating to the staff and these are our observations also. I take on board your comments relating to communication and this is something we are working on. Additionally, the activities co-ordinator is having monthly meetings to address increased satisfaction in activities which recently included a number of trips to the coast which was well received by all. Ritu and Dee are always there to support.

I joined Cheverton Lodge in 2024 as an Activity Coordinator. I completed a Health and Social Care level 2 and performing arts at college. I have worked as an activity coordinator in a care home setting for over 5 years. I love my role, and the passion and drive it gives me to ensure everyone receives a fun and fulfilled lifestyle, which is person-centred to them.

Novelette joined Cheverton Lodge in October 2001 as a Healthcare Assistant and has continued to develop her skills and vocation further and is now a senior carer. Novelette love's to support residents and her team and is passionate about delivering holistic healthcare to residents.
Tahmina joined to Cheverton Lodge in 2022 as health care assistant and has continued to develop her knowledge and became the dementia champion in 2023 . Tahmina has a special interest in supporting those living with dementia and ways on continually improving the care and experience of people living with dementia at Cheverton Lodge. Tahmina completed Tier 2 dementia training and attends the dementia champion training sessions on a regular basis.
I have been working at Barchester since September last year, and it has truly been a rewarding and interesting journey. Throughout my time here, I have had the opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to providing exceptional care, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. With many years of hospitality experience, I am excited to bring my knowledge of customer service, communication, and creating positive experiences to Barchester.
