This is a well managed Home at every level. The manager is professional, approachable and very experienced. The Nursing staff are excellent and attentive to changing patient needs. The Carers are kind, well trained and look after the residents with dignity. There is a designated social activities team including exercise afternoons. The rooms are well furbished, clean and of high quality. The food is really good-almost restaurant standard! Housekeeping and Laundry are good,as is the maintenance of the building and gardens. The staff make a point of getting to know relatives and are supportive during difficult times.
