Established in 1954 and now celebrating 70 years of Care, Carey Care is a third-generation family-run group of care homes based in Surrey. Specialising in twenty-four-hour Nursing and Personal Care for older adults and supported by a skilled team of Registered Nurse Managers, they provide a high standard of care to meet the changing requirements of residents.

Their two unique care homes have been recently redecorated offering a variety of bedrooms and communal spaces to suit most tastes and budgets. Hill House has been an unexpected blessing for our family, providing exceptional care for my father in his time of need. The management and therefore the atmosphere among the staff is very positive and professional. The activities co-ordinator organises entertainment that bring joy, the kitchen provides
home cooked well thought out dishes that cater for all needs. Most of all these people really do care. Great rooms and my Dad's had a lovely garden view.

We were very impressed with Westside Care Home. Looking after my dad during his last few weeks of palliative care. Staff were caring and respectful of him, and made every attempt to make him as comfortable as possible. As a family we felt that we had peace of mind knowing that he was in good hands.

My mother was transferred to Hill House from hospital for end-of-life care. This was my first experience of care homes, but whilst not having a benchmark to measure against I can say that my mother was treated with the utmost dignity. The facility is clean, tidy and the staff are excellent and my mother
was always made comfortable. We were able to get my mother out into the garden which she loved.
The food was excellent and tailored to my mums likes.
I'd like to pass on my personal thanks to the manger of the home who was very supportive.
The staff and the location made my mothers stay there far more bearable and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
I've not been able to comment on the activities as my mother wasn't able to take part in them, but looking at the activities on the board that I saw, there was plenty to keep the residents occupied.

My dad moved to Westside from hospital to be in pallative care. The management team and staff worked very hard to make the transition smoothly and more importantly happen as his needs were complex. The staff and nurses were always at hand and helped with dads every need and treated him with dignity
and respect. The kitchen staff too went the extra mile in catering for his needs. Dad was only there for 2 weeks, but I cannot thank Westside enough for making those 2 weeks pleasant and comfortable for them. Thank you so much.

I am the brother of a resident at Hill House Care Home. In my best opinion I rate Hill House Care Home as one of the best in the business. As the next of kin of a resident, I have been happy and very overwhelmed with the quality of care given to my brother since August 2024. He is happy, more interactive
and responsive than before, thanks to Hill House.

My mother has been at Westside for a year now, and I can say that I have never had any worry in regards of how she is being looked after. Every member of staff from the bottom to the top are kind caring and fully committed to giving the best care that they can. My mother worked for the NHS all her life
as a nurse/sister/matron and in care homes, she loves this care home and has nothing but praise for everyone there, and I thank everyone for the great care my mother is getting.

From the moment my Father arrived, both he and our family were treated with respect and dignity. We became part of your family. Every need was met, and you even helped arrange transfer of some of his furniture/belongings to make his room feel like home. There were always plenty of staff on duty and
everyone was friendly and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend Hill House Cre Home, my Father was comfortable and content, and I was able to relax knowing he was safe and being looked after when I wasn't there.

Still just as good as ever. My wife has been here over 8 years and I couldn't ask for better care for her. It's all in the name 'care' and 'home'. I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and efficient environment! Management, nursing staff, carers, catering and housekeeping all five-star!

My mother was transferred from a hospice for palliative care. Her care was excellent right from management getting her transferred smoothly and efficiently from the hospice. All the staff were amazing, caring and friendly. The chef even came to see her to see if he could tempt her into eating anything
or was there anything he could cook for her. The staff were very gentle and patient with her as she was is considerable pain. The Westside team liaised with the hospice at all times regarding pain management which I found very reassuring in that she was getting the best care. Towards the end, I received regular phone calls if the staff felt there had been any changes even though I used to pop in every day. They were so attentive to her every need and care. I cannot thank all the staff for their kindness and care to both mum and myself enough, when families are in this situation it's very reassuring to know that your loved one is being so well looked after.

My father entered into your care and was immediately treated with respect and professionalism. I cannot express how impressed I was with the staff and management team. The care my father received was exceptional. As a family, we were so pleased and grateful that our dad was surrounded with love and
care in his final weeks. I know my dad was very happy there and felt safe and secure.
I would strongly recommend this lovely care home to everyone.

My sister came to Hill House in January this year with much anticipation and fear of the unknown, as someone with learning disabilities any new transitions can be difficult. The staff especially the manager went above and beyond to settle her in and soon got used to her ways. She wasn't always the easiest
of residents but staff soon put her at ease and generally spoilt her rotten. The last month or so as her health deteriorated more and she became more frightened and agitated but this still did not deter the staff from giving her 100% care. Her passing in July was met with so much love, compassion and dignity, which I will truly never forget. If I could give Hill House 100 stars that still would not be enough.

My aunt has been a resident at Westside Care Home since October of last year.
Since being here, myself and family are very happy with the care and support which my aunt has been receiving.
The staff and management are all very friendly and welcoming. Easy to talk to and to get along with. They are
all very passionate when it comes to the duty of care when looking after the community.
Westside Care Home is all aspects in our eyes are excellent in all that they do.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hill House for their outstanding care, compassion and humanity in the care of our late father.
In the difficult times the family faced the staff team at Hill House joined us on that journey and made the remaining weeks of my father's life a time of peace and
comfort to him and us.
The dignity, respect and a very human touch you showed my father and the family has left an everlasting since of gratitude and awe in your day to day work with people in your care.

Thank you for your outstanding care of my aunt. This care began in December 2020 and ended on June 20th. Not only the care of her as a resident but myself as her next of kin.
The tea and cakes provided as a wake in the dining room were beautiful. A collection of photos relating to her time at Hill
House were placed in the room and everyone was warm, kind and sensitive.
Hill House exudes love and treats each person with respect to those who often feel alone and vulnerable at a stage of life few are prepared for.
