I have been visiting my friend at this Care Home for several years and I've always found that they are very caring and kind and look after all of her needs. They don't treat her as a resident. They treat her like a family member.

My mother has been a Westfield for two years, in this time the entire staff has shown nothing but care and compassion. Overall Experience

As before, my wife was in a poor home before she is now looked after like a queen. I visit every day 6 hours and treated to food and drink. If there is a better nursing home than this one I would be surprised. The attention to detail is incredible, as to functions and total care for everyone.

Overall Experience

My family and I have been extremely impressed with the consistent level of care our mother received over the past three years. The dedication and compassion shown by all the nurses have been remarkable, and choosing this care home was the best decision we could have made. We always felt confident that

she was safe and well cared for. The manager and administrative staff are very approachable, and nothing is too much trouble. We are deeply grateful to the manager, the staff, and the entire team. Thank you to everyone. I highly recommend this care home.

I am the closest friend of a resident at Hill House and travelled more than 13,000 kilometres to see her after more than a decade apart. I arrived with years of worry about her health and emotional wellbeing, but left with complete peace of mind. What I witnessed moved me deeply. Every single member

of staff - professionals, carers, support and maintenance workers alike - treats her with genuine warmth, dignity and compassion. The atmosphere is calm, respectful and truly centred on her best interests. Seeing how well she is cared for was one of the most reassuring and emotional experiences of my life. I am profoundly grateful for the exceptional care she receives.

Overall Experience

My wife moved in, in late Sept, so our experience is limited.The relevant staff seem to have extended themselves to find, by trial and error, the best possible diet for Mary which matters, because there is a real danger that she will eat too little. The lying in bed/sitting chair regime is adjusted

to meet her daily needs. All the staff whom I have met have been friendly and pleasant, and all my questions have been answered. The place inspires confidence.

Our family cannot thank the team at Westside Care Home enough for the care and kindness they have shown our mother. Overall, very good indeed. The staff and the manager are very professional, kind, helpful and approachable. Lovely atmosphere, all residents involved with activities. All nurses/carers/doctors are very friendly and ready to answer your questions. The entertainment staff is also are lot of fun. It feels

very welcoming and every one eager to help and please. Would highly recommend. Even the chefs say hello to residents and are pleased to adapt meals to suit residents' needs. Meals are freshly made daily with care on site. Excellent hospitality to visitors.

Overall Experience

I cannot speak highly enough of Hill House Care Home. A welcoming, warm, friendly & professional. All the staff, without exception, are kind, attentive, passionate about their work and very professional. They treated mum with dignity, respect, love & compassion. I was able to travel abroad knowing that

she is being looked after wholeheartedly. Hill House gave me and my family peace of mind, and when we lost mum recently, their support, help, love and assistance were unprecedented.

Overall Experience

Hill House has been an unexpected blessing for our family, providing exceptional care for my father in his time of need. The management and therefore the atmosphere among the staff is very positive and professional. The activities co-ordinator organises entertainment that bring joy, the kitchen provides

home cooked well thought out dishes that cater for all needs. Most of all these people really do care. Great rooms and my Dad's had a lovely garden view.

Overall Experience

We were very impressed with Westside Care Home. Looking after my dad during his last few weeks of palliative care. Staff were caring and respectful of him, and made every attempt to make him as comfortable as possible. As a family we felt that we had peace of mind knowing that he was in good hands.

Overall Experience

My mother was transferred to Hill House from hospital for end-of-life care. This was my first experience of care homes, but whilst not having a benchmark to measure against I can say that my mother was treated with the utmost dignity. The facility is clean, tidy and the staff are excellent and my mother

was always made comfortable. We were able to get my mother out into the garden which she loved.
The food was excellent and tailored to my mums likes.
I'd like to pass on my personal thanks to the manger of the home who was very supportive.
The staff and the location made my mothers stay there far more bearable and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
I've not been able to comment on the activities as my mother wasn't able to take part in them, but looking at the activities on the board that I saw, there was plenty to keep the residents occupied.

Overall Experience

My dad moved to Westside from hospital to be in pallative care. The management team and staff worked very hard to make the transition smoothly and more importantly happen as his needs were complex. The staff and nurses were always at hand and helped with dads every need and treated him with dignity

and respect. The kitchen staff too went the extra mile in catering for his needs. Dad was only there for 2 weeks, but I cannot thank Westside enough for making those 2 weeks pleasant and comfortable for them. Thank you so much.

Overall Experience

From the moment my Father arrived, both he and our family were treated with respect and dignity. We became part of your family. Every need was met, and you even helped arrange transfer of some of his furniture/belongings to make his room feel like home. There were always plenty of staff on duty and
