My mother has been a resident of Bartlett's for the last 6 months. The care she has been receiving is outstanding; the dedication, patience and warmth shown by all the staff is wonderful to behold. There are numerous activities daily on offer which she thoroughly enjoys as well as weekly outings - more than we could have done for her at home. The managers are all highly approachable, very welcoming and closely involved with all the residents, and their families. A first class residential care home.

My experience of Stone House is truely wonderful. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. If asked anything to do with my mum, they are always able to answer & help out. The activities that are available to all residents are very engaging & enjoyable. The house & grounds itself are very well maintained, making it a lovely place to stay. My mum is very happy here & I feel grateful that mum is so well looked after.

Staff are beautiful, caring, hardworking, always smiling, always helpful, proactive, kind. Home is exceptional. I and my family are immensely grateful to you all for your kindness and the way you look after my mother. I can list many names - Fran, Georgiana, Aida, Vivien, Andy, Jasmine, Liji... Staff very friendly and helpful. Food enjoyable.

New to the home in July, we have settled in well. The staff have been very attentive and professional. The home has been able to cope with all of daddy's complex medical needs, including adding an air con unit. The senior nurse has been excellent at sorting out all of Daddy's medical needs, and making the move from one county to another very easy and pain-free. Thank you.

I live in Canada. I visited Bartlett Care Home to see my sister. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything in this carehome was excellent; Staff members are very helpful, courteous, all facilities are of high quality. The rooms are well lit up, lot of attention is paid to provide fresh and good food. My sister was very happy in the home. My overall experience was very heartening. Thank you for providing good care to everybody. I will definitely recommend this place to everybody.

My Mum has been cared for at Merryfield for 6weeks. The care provided is compassionate and all the staff are warm and made us all feel welcome immediately. The home is clean and the food amazing. We are so grateful for the peace of mind they've given our family.

Outstanding care & support shown to all residents. The space is beautiful, open, clean and luxurious. The staff are kind, friendly and very attentive.

I've been a regular visitor to the home, but in phases since I live abroad. The staff are very friendly and professional. The homes looks cosy and clean, and plenty of tea and cakes that make my dad happy! The medical care and attention are also excellent, and we are always happy knowing he is cared for when we are not there.

An excellent brief stay.

Mum came to the home for about two years. She had a stroke and other health problems. The home and all the staff are amazing and gave mum the best last 2 years of her life. When family visited, we always felt welcomed and kept up to date with mum. It is a fantastic home and highly recommended.

My mum lives with Alzheimer's & the care she's received has been nothing short of outstanding from the very beginning, the team have treated her with patience, dignity, & genuine kindness. They take the time to understand her needs, even on difficult days, & always make her feel safe & respected. It's clear that this is more than just a job to them - they truly care about the residents as individuals. The communication with our family has also been excellent & it's incredibly reassuring to know she is in such capable & compassionate hands.

The staff and resident's all are very lovely. The care given is extremly high, nothing is to much for anyone. Paul is well provided for, cared for I couldn't ask for better staff or care home, nothing is ever to much for them. They cater for everyone's needs and wishes

When you enter Stone House, it is so welcoming and feels like one big happy family. My Mum has been a resident for nine months now, and in that time I cannot fault the care she receives. The nurses and carers are wonderful, so hard working, caring and attentive. The activities team are also brilliant putting on a programme of varied and excellent activities including outings. Mum especially enjoys the garden, it is beautiful and so well kept with a wheelchair friendly path to wheel her round so she can take in the flowers and the birds singing. I would highly recommend Stone House Nursing Home.
