We are so grateful for the peace of mind we have, knowing that Abid is living in a safe, clean, and loving environment. This care home has provided more than just a place to stay; it has become a true home for him. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their dedication and outstanding service.

All good and satisfactory for the care and welfare of our autistic son with his epilepsy, coping very well - all good so far.

The experience was quite good. Looking after residents can be quite challenging under certain circumstances so I do understand.

I attended my brother's birthday, the staff were very nice and treated myself and brother well.

I receive regular updates on my aunt's care, and if anything arises, I am notified.

I can say the management of the home is outstanding and the staff treat their residents with respect. My son has been treated well, this is the first home where my son has been able to communicate with staff and they understand him. One concern I have is that outside service providers such as his dentist, who is fully aware of the condition of my son's teeth and that it can harm his body, yet, showing no urgency to do something to help.

I would like more regular updates on my brothers activities and care though.

I feel my sister is very happy living here, and they treat her well. Although she can be challenging, its never a problem for staff to give her the best care. I always feel welcome when I come and see her. Just wish I could come and see her more, but I understand with Covid.

I've had strokes. If I become worse, ill and disabled I'd come and live here myself.

He seems to be growing in a positive way and is happy and very playful.

I find staff can't do enough to help and see that my son is taken great care of as if my son was their own.

Every time I came to visit my brother I get a good welcome from the staff. It is always clean and the users of the service seem to be well looked after. My brother seems to be relaxed and the staff seem to know how to deal with his moods. If ever I feel something indifferent I address it and it is dealt with straight away. I am satisfied with my brother's care.

My sister has been living here over two years and I have seen a significant change in her attitude and behaviour.

When visiting my sister I find it always clean and welcoming. My sister always looks nice and happy. All staff members are very nice and helpful.

I am very grateful for what you have done for him since he has been here at Silverbirch Care Home.
