I've found this home to be consistent in it's care for my mom She is always clean and dressed in clean clothes. Her room is tidy and clean, her clothes are washed and put away appropriately. A new activity officer has been employed and is very keen and interested in the residents. Moms interest in jigsaw
puzzles has been invigorated by her. Staff are caring and watchful. The manager is very nice and caring, knows the residents and is visible. I feel at ease knowing my mom is there and being looked after.

I am the sister-in-law of one of your residents, with the help and support given by management and staff, she seems to have gained confidence and takes an interest in what's going on around her. Her memory is not good, she can't keep minute to minute information to hand, long term is ok, with the continued
support and encouragement by the staff, she's taking part in activities. Such a wonderful, practical aspect of the care and support. She herself acknowledges the care, staff, informative and pleasant.

Lovely caring environment, very caring staff - a happy "home environment". Wonderful activities coordinator, leading to happy, smiling residents who clearly enjoy music and activities. Well meaning, caring, easy to approach, residents and family come first. Home is clean and tidy and on going improvement. Staff are good natured. Only down side the need for a display name of Coton House on the road way (even Gods waiting room on the gable end in street art - lol)

My Brother spent a little while here, the Staff team and the Manager are so caring and looked after him so well. I didnt think he would settle but was happily surprised how well he got on with everyone. He is now home and doing well. Thanks to all who helped in his recovery.

My sister Janice & I, cannot find anything to complain about, the care dad receives is 100% and the carers are lovely to Dad and to us. We wouldn't want dad to be anywhere else and they ring us with any problems he has. Thank you all.

From the start (March' 25) The care mum, and me! have received from Coton House has been great. Mum was unable to walk when she arrived. The staff soon had her using a frame to get around.She has had falls but hospital and aftercare has been prompt and effective. I know that mum is looked after and
is safe.

My mom was admitted from hospital at the start of Covid .They have always been very considerate with mom who has Alzheimer's and can be challenging.They always let me no if there is a problem in any way with mom and I am confident that she us very well cared for .

I have always found the staff very professional, caring and kind to all the residents. They make time to chat and joke with my mother, who loves the attention all the staff give her. I am so pleased that they all make her feel happy, safe and well cared for.

My mum moved here in October 2024 and since then I have been more than happy with the care she has received. The home has a lovely friendly feel about it and the staff are very helpful and always willing to answer any questions. There are a good programme of activities and I'm impressed that families
are encouraged to get involved. I would prefer more privacy when I visit but I realise this is not always possible.

I have found the care home in the short time I have been visiting my husband to be kind, caring, friendly and extremely helpful in every way. My husband seems to be settling in - at nearly 98 - a big change in every way for him to accept. I feel confident that with the years left to him, I can be sure
that he will be cared for at all times.

My cousin has been a resident at the care home for a number of years. All staff are polite and pleasant to him. He is well looked after and shown dignity and respect. He is well and happy. The food is good, it has entertainment now and then and outings. Overall I am happy and contented knowing that
he is in a good place and being looked after if there are any issues. The manager or staff let me know. Thank you all for being there for him.

We found Coton Grange on the internet and we were struck by the lovely, heartfelt reviews and lovely photographs. We arranged a visit over the phone and the manager was very kind and supportive. We were made so welcome by one member of staff in particular and all the other staff and residents, who we
were introduced to. Mum has a lovely warm room overlooking the gardens with her own shower/toilet. The staff were kind. The food was lovely, the environment was pleasant. We have no regrets about our choice of Coton Grange.
