Our mum has been living at Tasker House for the past 2 1/2 years. Mum is so happy and content here as she is so well looked after in every aspect. Every member of staff is so caring and loving, nothing is too much trouble. As a family we feel so lucky to have found this care home and can't thank everyone

All of the staff at Redclyffe are amazing and go out of their way to make sure the residents are looked after. My mum was a difficult resident at first, due to her Alzheimers and pain from shoulder replacement surgery; but she has settled into life at Redclyffe because of the care she has been given.
Any health issues are picked up quickly, dealt with and communicated to us promptly.
Jo, the activities co-ordinator, is absolutely brilliant! She entertains the residents with daily activities and goes out of her way to make them feel included and happy. She organises activities around events, eg. Ascot, Valentines Day, Easter etc. and keeps the residents active and engaged.
Since being at Redclyffe, Mum has put on weight and is now eating properly, her skin conditions have cleared up, she is in a routine and we now feel like she is being looked after. We now enjoy going to see her and chat with her, we are even able to take her dog into visit - which she absolutely loves.

My husband moved into Tasker House in April 2025 with dementia.
In early July, he had a mini stroke and then a fall, cracking his rib. From then on, his health has rapidly deteriorated. His care during this time was excellent, and all of the staff were so caring of all his needs.
Sadly, he passed
away on 20th September. During his last weeks, his care was exemplary. I could not have asked for more. He died at the home with loving care.

My mother stayed at Tasker House Care Home for a week of respite care. We visited other homes and were immediately struck that there was something special about this place. The staff were genuinely interested to know all the details of my mother's routine to make her stay there as undisruptive as possible.
Everyone we met was extremely kind and clearly cared about the residents. My mother much enjoyed her stay, in fact was reluctant to leave when the time came. We will definitely consider Tasker House as a permanent place for her in the future if her circumstances or care needs change.

I was discharged to Redclyffe from the hospital. I was disorientated at first but that staff made me very welcome. All my care needs were met and I made friends. The home is very clean and the carers are kind. I felt safe, if a little bored, as there were not enough activities. My strength and mobility
improved during my stay thanks to the care I was given.

Mum was discharged to Redclyffe from hospital and stayed for 15 weeks. In that time she settled well into the home's routine and got to know the staff. There was minimal staff turnover and without exception, carers were kind, responsive, efficient, and welcoming. Redclyffe is well run and I quickly
gained confidence in the staff and manager. There was no activities coordinator which negatively impacted the facility of day to day experiences. Communication was excellent. I was getting my head around the care system and the manager was very helpful.

The carers are amazing with Mum, 100% committed to personal care. We chose the home because of the staff and the way they treat people. It's always spotless and everyone is very happy. Loss said in the salt in the potatoes, please.

Tasker House Care Home is a care home like no other. The kindness and care given by all members of staff is fantastic. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. They welcome family always with a kind word, smile and a cup of tea! I am kept up to date with any problems dad may have from falls to doctor
appointments. During February it was dads birthday and they went above and beyond making it his special day. He had a cake made for him and a special birthday tea. I love dad being there as I know he is safer and well looked after. Such a special place!

Redclyffe has been the home of my father for the past four years, and have consistently been excellent in the quality of care and attention he receives. They regularly check in with him to see if he wants any changes to his living spaces or meals. They are proactive in communicating with his family
when any issues or concerns come up and we have utmost confidence that he is in a safe and welcoming environment. He loves it too.

My mother has been a resident in Tasker House Care Home in Wellingborough for a number of years. Her needs have increased to now now she is bedbound and unable to speak. The staff and manager are fantastic with her. She is very well looked after and has never even had a bedsore. The turnaround in staff
is minimal, which is excellent as Mum does not like strangers and will not take food for any unfamiliar faces. This was proved on a short stay in hospital. I would highly recommend this care home.

The manager at Redclyffe Residential Care Home is very helpful and always keeps me updated. Staff are welcoming and the lounge areas at Redclyffe are sunny. Mum's room is spacious, which also allows her to use it as a sitting room when she has visitors.

I cannot fault the care given to my mum. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff looking after her. I am always kept updated on her health care or if anything changes. The staff and management are a lovely team, always very welcoming. The food menu is varied. Everywhere is very clean and always smells
lovely. Mum enjoys the activities that are on most days. Highly recommend Redclyffe.

Our mum was transferred to Redclyffe Residential Care Home in October 2022 following major surgery in hospital. The stay was planned to be relatively short for post-operative recovery, however, Mum was there until May 2023.
All the staff at the home, from manager, nurses and carers, were all very friendly
and provided wonderful care to Mum during her stay at the home.
Whenever any of the family visited everyone was greeted with friendliness and welcomed into the Redclyffe family. The facilities are more akin to a private home and the atmosphere within the home reflects that.
Our family is extremely grateful to all at Redclyffe for their professionalism and dedication to duty, well done and thank you from us all.

My mother went into care at Tasker House in October last year. A huge decision for us to take but we instantly knew we had made the right choice. All the staff are so wonderful, happy, caring and nothing is too much trouble. The home is warm, welcoming and comfortable with endless hospitality for residents
and visitors. You are always kept fully informed of progress and care needs. My Mum has been extremely happy and settled there. She feels completely safe. I would highly recommend this care home.

My sister went as a respite carer user in February 2023. In March 2023, it became a permanent placement. My sister is very content at the home with all her needs being met to a very high level.
The staff are second to none, patient and fully receptive to the resident's needs.
Meals are all freshly
cooked ad the home is exceptionally clean.

My dad spent three years at Tasker House and prior to that my mum was a resident. Every minute of every day, the care they received was exceptional.
The staff go above and beyond and you are made to feel welcome at any time.
The whole ambience of the place is one of friendliness and kindness with
all residents being treated with respect and they see Tasker House as their home.
I would like to say that in my honest opinion, you would not find a more professional, friendly caring team anywhere else.

We have had the pleasure of being involved with Tasker House since 2016 when my nana was a resident, and more recently my papa. The manager and all the staff are angels on earth. They're friendly, welcoming and warm to residents and families. They have a fabulous activities programme and care for the
residents with the utmost care and respect. We are so thankful for the amazing support they gave our family through good and bad times. I cannot credit this home enough. It is a wonderful, safe, homely and caring place. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone needing care for a loved one.
