Thank you so much for your kind review. Were delighted that you find Brynfield Manor clean, friendly, and respectful. Our caring team work incredibly hard to make it a welcoming, supportive home where every resident feels valued, respected, and happy. Were especially proud of the activities and outings we now offer, with two trips going out each week to help residents stay active, social, and connected with the local community. Recently, we enjoyed a lovely visit to a farm, where residents loved meeting and stroking the donkeys, followed by a warm welcome at the Library, where everyone had fun exploring the books. Weve also been to a caf for coffee with beautiful seaside views, and to Rhossili Beach, where the scenery was breathtaking. These trips bring joy, laughter, and a real sense of community to all involved.

Our residents regularly enjoy outings to Langland and Caswell Bay, with ice cream by the sea always a favourite. Our dedicated Activities Coordinator, Drisha, does an incredible job creating experiences that truly enhance residents lives. From trips to the coffee bar, Ice Cream Parlour, and local Brasserie, to exploring other local spots, her thoughtful planning makes a real difference. This year marked our first inspection by Care Inspectorate Wales, where we achieved a rating of "Good" across all areas including well-being, care and support, environment, and leadership and management. The upgrades include top-of-the-range Revel and Transcare French spa-style baths, specially designed for elderly care. These baths can tilt, turn, and adjust in height to ensure easy and dignified access, with integrated shower facilities for added convenience. To make the experience even more enjoyable, each bathroom will feature soothing background music, creating a calm, spa-like environment where residents can unwind. Every element has been chosen with both safety and wellbeing in mind, offering therapeutic benefits in a fully accessible setting.
