Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive towards residents and visitors. My dad has settled in very well and says that the staff are lovely too. Sat outside with him having lunch on a beautiful day. Surroundings are beautiful.

My experiece was amazing coming to see my grandma, she seems very happy and healthy which is great, I really appriciate the time and effort the carer take to look after my grandma. She seems to really love it here esspetially the singing and dancing.

I cannot speak highly enough of Newton Grange. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and reassuring. The staff one so kind, patient and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care treating every resident with dignity and respect. The facilities are clean, comfortable and well maintained. A range
of activities take place daily to keep the residents engaged, active and socially connected, meeting each individuals needs and preferences. Staff are always approachable, informative and supportive to residents and families. I am so impressed with the dining experience. The food is home cooked and excellent. The dining room has a lovely atmosphere that makes each meal feel like a special occasion. I would highly recommend this care home.

My mother has been a resident for about 1 month and my overall impression is of a home with excellent, very friendly staff who provide very stimulating activities to ensure the residents are very happy. The videos posted on social media are fantastic.

Brynfield Manor was a very pleasing appearance on arrival. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The facilities are excellent, alway plenty of interests for the patients which is very important for their wellbeing. The staff interact with the patients all the time so they seem very happy and content.
Having sampled the meals I can say they are delicious. All in all, Brynfield Manor is excellent.

My mum has resided at Newton Grange Care Home for 3 weeks. Her care, in every way, has been excellent, exceeding our expectations. All the staff are so caring; mum looks so happy all the time. The activities are varied and she obviously loves taking part. The meals are freshly cooked and all mum's favourite
dishes. I could not be happier with Newton Grange and the wonderful staff.
