Nan is now no longer with us, but in the time she stayed at Nodens she was well cared for and ever so happy. She made new friends and was visited by many old friends in the home, who were also made to feel comfortable during their visits.
We can't thank the team enough for all they did for Nan and us through her stay. We'd reccomend Nodens over and over again to anyone considering a place here.

the staff always greet us with a smile and the care they give to Mum is outstanding! Her room, en-suite and shared areas are always spotless, the home-cooked food always smells lovely and the unlimited supply of freshly made cakes are a real treat! We cannot recommend Nodens highly enough.

The staff are very approachable and always go the extra mile to make sure she is OK and treated with dignity. Mum has commented that 'all you have to do is ask and it happens'! High standards of care are evident throughout the home. The building, a new build, is an example of how all care homes should be and can be regarded as outstanding in all aspects of care.

overlooked or disregarded. I've been in an out all times or day and evening and there was always a smile and someone happy to help with even the most minor of queries. My dad was well cared for and treated, his views and preferences were respected throughout his stay. The whole experience was made totally stress free, even though it was short notice. Extremely happy and a huge thank you to everyone there.

Communication with families was faultless and responses were swift by email, phone, social media and newsletters. Staff at all levels knew, cared for and interacted effectively with him. My father enjoyed the food and menu choices and was very comfortable in his well-equipped and spotlessly clean room. This was a very positive first experience of respite care and we felt that the team had created a caring, supportive home/hotel-like environment including fabulous enrichment activities and experiences for the residents.
