Dad has been in Nodens Manor for nearly 10 months now and we are very happy with our choice of home for him. The environment is welcoming, friendly and relaxed and the staff are excellent with the residents, devoting time and care to them. Dad has dementia and Nodens gave him a chance when he first
arrived until he settled and was on the right medication. He now feels safe and secure, loves the food and occasional glass of wine, joins in with some of the activities and in the summer, he liked to take his book outside and sit in the garden reading. I am able to have care reviews with the senior team when I request them, which is reassuring. I would definitely recommend Nodens Manor to anyone considering a care facility for those with or without dementia.

My mother loved her time at Nodens Manor. The variety of activities available kept her active and stimulated. She enjoyed the food too. Her only problem was being able to switch the TV on and find the channel she wanted and then change the channel later. She needed help to do this every time. The LG
system is not user-friendly.

Caring at home for my husband who has Alzheimer's disease was/is challenging and sad in equal measure. The time came for us to find a team of carers for him. We particularly looked for places that provided a range of activities, had skilled, compassionate staff and pleasant surroundings. Respite care
turned into permanent care as the move improved his quality of life.

My husband has been in Old Sarum Care Home for just about a year now, and although he suffers from Parkinson's and dementia, he is, as far as I'm concerned, very happy where he is.
The carers who look after him are wonderful; he is helped daily with showers, shaving, toiletries, dressing, and most
importantly, he gets his tablets on time.
I couldn't wish for a better place for him to stay.

My husband spent his last few months at Flowers Manor. I visited every day, so I got to know the staff and daily care routines well. I saw how they looked after residents with kindness; they knew everyone as an individual and supported people as individuals.
Not long before my husband's dementia claimed
him, even though he'd rather have been well enough to stay at home, he told me, 'It's good here, they're kind', it was, and they were. A fabulous, caring care home.

We couldn't be happier with the care our loved one receives here. The staff are genuinely kind and caring, always going the extra mile to make residents feel safe and valued. The environment is beautiful and peaceful-perfect for creating a sense of comfort and home. Their experience with dementia care
is clear, and it gives us real peace of mind. There's a great range of appropriate activities that keep residents engaged, and the overall community has such a warm, welcoming feel. What really sets it apart are the family events like the Mad Hatter's Easter Party and the Summer Spanish Fiesta. These thoughtful occasions create such special memories and bring everyone together. Communication with families is excellent-we're always kept informed and feel reassured. A truly exceptional place.

Our mother was a resident of Old Sarum Manor from February 2023 until May this year, when she passed away.
She and we could not have been happier with Old Sarum. She felt completely safe and well cared for throughout and was treated with real affection and thought throughout, which obviously meant
a great deal to us. The whole team were incredibly kind, professional and genuinely made her and our lives better. I'm not sure we could have hoped for more.

Mum stayed for a 4 week respite stay when we went on an extended holiday. We were recommended Nodens by a friend, and we were so pleased with everything. Everyone we met was so friendly and happy to help, and mum is already wanting to go back for another stay.
We felt assured that she was safe and
supported while we were out of the country, which was the best thing for us.
Mum enjoyed the choice of food with varied options each day, and she loved the Tai Chi class she joined in on! Thankyou to the entire team.

Our late mother lived at Old Sarum Manor for approximately six months leading up to her death in April 2025. Whilst she was tentative at first, she very quickly adjusted to life in the home, where all her needs were met, her health was closely monitored and she was kept safe & secure. In such a short
time, we, as a family, came to know many of the members of staff, who were always attentive and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and our mother found life so much more bearable, given some challenging health issues, because of that. Reflecting back, and despite our loss, we have nothing but positive memories of Old Sarum Manor and the level of care provided. We would recommend this care home, without hesitation - it truly is a 'home from home'!

Flowers is a bright, modern environment, staff are caring, kind and seem to enjoy working there. The move for 2 2-week respite for my father was a smooth transition, and the staff couldn't have done more to support him and us. Dad decided that he wanted to return home, but if needed, we would consider
Flowers again for respite or long-term care.

I visited Nodens Manor a number of times to see and support a friend who lived there. She was very happy during her long stay there, and well cared for in her final days. The team appeared caring, thoughtful and kind, supporting us and her with any requests. Nothing felt too much of an ask, and we were
always made to feel at home as much as she was. She has a lovely room which opened onto a garden which she thoroughly enjoyed on the sunny days, and she made some wonderful friendships. We wouldn't hesitate to call Nodens Manor if we needed to come into a home one day after seeing how happy our friend was there. Thank you to the whole team for making her so happy in your care.
