My father has been resident for nearly 3 years. I have nothing but praise for Flowers Manor and all the staff. They are kind, patient welcoming and, in my opinion, highly professional.

I've experienced many care homes, and this is the best I've seen. Almost all staff are always caring, professional and responsive, and all are like that even if understandably occasionally some are less outgoing. Food is very good. If I had to go into a care home, I would choose this one.

Present and future residents will be well looked after.

My mother, now 95, has been living at Flowers Manor for just under three years. She has received and continues to receive excellent care which has included some medical emergencies involving visits to a nearby hospital. The staff are consistently attentive and cheerful; my mother likes talking to them and feels very comfortable at Flowers Manor. Her room looks onto a pretty garden. Everything is very clean. Food is good and varied. There are visits regularly from a local NHS surgery. There is a timetable of weekly activities, including a visit from a dog who comes to say hello.

This is the third care home that we have experienced. The first was closed by the Care Quality Commission at short notice; the second was too large and focused on residents with dementia. Flowers Manor is in a completely different (and much better) class. I highly recommend it.

My Dad transferred to this Care Home in March 2026 and is a permanent resident. He was made to feel very welcomed. The food is excellent, the entire home is very clean and there is a full activity programme including weekends. The staff always have a smile on their face, and communicate well with residents and relatives.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They made my mums respite stay perfect! The care, food, and activities were excellent. Thankyou Esther, Charlotte for helping with my mums stay.

I recently spent a respite week in Flowers Manor. I had a lovely, comfortable room with excellent views. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was to my liking, and I looked forward to my visits to the dining room. I recently enjoyed my stay and would be quite happy to return.

The welcome we received from all staff has been wonderful. My grandmother has settled in very quickly and every effort has been made in order to attain this. Her room is lovely and spacious with plenty of storage. The facilities and activities available are great. My family and I have no hesitation in recommending this home.

Treated with respect, nothing was too much trouble. Staff are always smiling and friendly.

I was very well looked after by all the staff, and I felt very safe and comfortable. I wasn't well during my stay, so I didn't take advantage of everything on offer, but I am looking forward to my next holiday at Flowers.

I cannot fault it and will definitely be staying again in the future.

When I come to the end of my stay with Manor Care Home, I know I will feel confident in going home.

My early introduction to Flowers Manor Care Home was a blessing for both of us, as my medical health deteriorated quite quickly and appointment letters seemed to be arriving every day. there involved appointments at both hospitals. I need not have worried as everything was taken care of, and I have recovered and am nearly back to normal. Since my return, I have been encouraged to give presentations to the other patients which has been for operations. I am currently preparing other presentations with the help of the staff.

Staff amazing in their training and looking after mum. I was kept informed of any changes. Every time the doctor was sent for, when her ketones were high, etc. An amazing summer party last year was put on by the staff. I don't know how it was so professional when the home was also run to perfection. The manager and all her staff are extremely professional and caring. Our names were known by the staff, and nothing was ever a problem. Well done Flowers.

The staff are approachable, kind and always willing to answer any questions we have. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and it's reassuring to know she's surrounded by people who genuinely care.
