My mother spend 2 weeks in respite care. She was clearly very well cared for. She left to come home smiling + happy, said everyone was very helpful, quote "nothing was too much trouble". I found all the staff very friendly + caring + was confident that she was very well looked after, thank you!

So bright lovely person to greet me as I entered to meet my sister who was a resident for 8 days. Staff seemed cheerfull and helpfull. You have a good cook or cooks. Lovely cake also my lunch was delicious. Keep up the good work.

My mother stayed at Old Sarum Manor for a weeks respite care. She was extremely happy and said she couldn't find fault with any thing. The staff were pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely and plentiful. She said she would reccommend Old Sarum Manor to anybody and She's looking forward to her next visit.

My father has been resident for nearly 3 years. I have nothing but praise for Flowers Manor and all the staff. They are kind, patient welcoming and, in my opinion, highly professional.

I've experienced many care homes, and this is the best I've seen. Almost all staff are always caring, professional and responsive, and all are like that even if understandably occasionally some are less outgoing. Food is very good. If I had to go into a care home, I would choose this one.

Present and future residents will be well looked after.

My mother, now 95, has been living at Flowers Manor for just under three years. She has received and continues to receive excellent care which has included some medical emergencies involving visits to a nearby hospital. The staff are consistently attentive and cheerful; my mother likes talking to them and feels very comfortable at Flowers Manor. Her room looks onto a pretty garden. Everything is very clean. Food is good and varied. There are visits regularly from a local NHS surgery. There is a timetable of weekly activities, including a visit from a dog who comes to say hello.

This is the third care home that we have experienced. The first was closed by the Care Quality Commission at short notice; the second was too large and focused on residents with dementia. Flowers Manor is in a completely different (and much better) class. I highly recommend it.

My Dad transferred to this Care Home in March 2026 and is a permanent resident. He was made to feel very welcomed. The food is excellent, the entire home is very clean and there is a full activity programme including weekends. The staff always have a smile on their face, and communicate well with residents and relatives.

Rooms/building is well maintained and clean. Providing food + drink to visitors was a great idea. I like the fact fresh baked cake was available. Thank you!

I cannot thank the team enough for everything they have done for my dad. I would recommend this care home without hesitation.

My wife went into Old Sarum Manor on respite for 3 weeks, and has stayed in as we feel she needs the care on offer. She has settled in well now and we are very happy the way she is looked after. It is more like a hotel than a care home. All the staff very friendly and the food is of a very high standard. Rooms are always very clean. All arears are very clean and there is always a carer on hand. We feel lucky to have my wife in Old Sarum Manor being looked after, cant fault it.

I recently spent a respite week in Flowers Manor. I had a lovely, comfortable room with excellent views. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was to my liking, and I looked forward to my visits to the dining room. I recently enjoyed my stay and would be quite happy to return.

The welcome we received from all staff has been wonderful. My grandmother has settled in very quickly and every effort has been made in order to attain this. Her room is lovely and spacious with plenty of storage. The facilities and activities available are great. My family and I have no hesitation in recommending this home.

I find the staff all very caring and the management are very helpful when there are any problems. There are always plenty of entertainment for the residents.

All the staff here are kind, caring and thoughtful. They all know my Grandma by name and always say hello if they pass her. The care my Grandma receives is great and the staff are friendly and considerate.

Treated with respect, nothing was too much trouble. Staff are always smiling and friendly.
