We would strongly recommend Tupwood Gate to any family looking for a care home for a loved one, it will be the best decision they ever made, as it was for us.

My dad is very well looked after at Tabley House Nursing home. All the staff are very friendly and caring both towards my dad and to us as a family. He is always treated with care and dignity and he has settled into life and Tabley very well.

I have a member of family who has been there for a long time never had any problems care staff are great if ask them a question always willing to help the managers Office Door is always open for a chat The meals are good and Activities are good going out on the bus to different places I don't have a problem with any one at the care home always trying to help me any way they can

My mother spent her final few months at Tupwood Gate. My family were all very happy with the way she was looked after. The management and staff are excellent. Everyone was friendly, caring and sensitive to my mother's and our needs. Tupwood Gate took care of everything and ensured that she was always comfortable. The activities, which were organised every weekday, were great fun and helped to make the home feel like a real community. Thank you to everyone at Tupwood Gate.

My wife was in the West Wing of Tabley House from August 2022 until her death in March 2026. She always received friendly, thoughtful care right up to the end, as did the visitors Tabley House became like a second home to me.

Really helpful staff, dad is always clean and well dressed, staff genuinely seem to care about the residents, including reception, house keeping and maintenance staff not just the care workers or medical professionals. The food is always freshly cooked and looks and smells nice. Highly recommend

Here for respite following hospital stay. Felt better immediately. Caring staff. Food excellent. Chef makes your preferences. Enjoyed hairdressing. Word games, yoga, exercise to musis and bingo!

During her time at Tabley House, Mum was cared for expertly. The staff were sensitive and generous-spirited always having time to listen to her and chat, as well as to meet her ever- increasing needs, both emotional and medical. Her accommodation was spacious and comfortable and she was very happy, whether in her room or in the lounge with the other residents. She made many friends, enjoyed all the activities that were provided and it was so comforting for our family to know that she was in capable and compassionate hands. We will always be grateful to everyone there for making Mum's last months on earth very special.

Over this time he has been well cared for in a kind and respectful manner. All staff in all departments have been friendly and helpful at all times to both of us,There is a warm homely atmosphere within the home . In more recent times when my husbands health was failing he was well cared for in all respects and his care wishes respected.I would recommend Tupwood Gate to people wanting to feel part of a community and in comfortable surroundings . There is also a lovely garden which residents enjoy in better weather.

My father was at Tabley for 6 months - the care + compassion he received from all members of the amazing staff who go above + beyond. It really is a family + an extremely special place, beautiful surroundings, his room had been freshly decorated + was a lovely space for him to relax in. In his final few days it was reassuring for the family to know he was cared for with dignity + respect.

The staff team at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home are fantastic going the 'extra mile' to support mum. The entertainment team ensure residents enjoy different activities 6 days each week. Mum also really enjoys the singers and musicians that visit regularly.

I am confident that mums healthcare needs are met and the nursing, care and management team are approachable if I have any concerns or queries about her needs.

The whole team at Tupwood Gate are amazing. We booked our elderly neighbour in for respite after having a hip replacement. He is 100 years old and just as amazing. We chose Tupwood as my mother-in-law was taken care of there over 7 years ago. Then and now, the staff go above and beyond to care for the residents. A lot of staff remain from many years ago, which speaks volumes to me. My neighbour was shown a positive attitude to get him back home to looking after himself. Tupood Gate is fantastic.

Staff, management, facilities and care are all exceptional.

Wonderful care and nursing staff, nothing too much trouble. Sanitary needs attended to without delay. The home has a cleaning regime that maintains the highest standards possible . The overall facilities are excellent , all food is cooked in their own kitchens, residents entertainment is well catered for. Car parking is easy with plenty of spare places. And very importantly, Tupwood Gate is a very happy place.

We sat comfortably for over an hour and was only sorry no one asked us to stay for lunch! The smartness and cheerfulness of all staff and the outstanding helpfulness of the duty receptionist well done
