Care Homes Owned by East Riding Care Services in East Riding of Yorkshire

From the moment we walked in to look around we were impressed that there was no smell, which is not the case with other care homes. Our friend Shelagh has now been in the home for thirteen weeks and we could not be more pleased with the care she is getting. All of the staff are incredibly thoughtful and caring and this has made it easier for Shelagh to settle in. We are always treated in a friendly way when we visit, at least twice a week. The care offered has made our life a lot easier as we have been responsible for Shelaghs care for the last ten years. We can not express how highly we think of all the staff and are so pleased that this is now where Shelagh is living. Thank You Ann & Dave

The Old Vicarage Care Home, could not have done anymore for my partner Steve. They looked after him for three years, excellent care, the staff were lovely and their care was fantastic. Lewis and the staff, management and owners are all fabulous. I would also like to thank them all for looking after Steve with dignity and care and love.

My mam has been in just over a week the staff are friendly, helpful and lovely nothing is to much trouble Brough Manor is clean and the room is lovely and my mam loved the home cooked food my mam was safe and very well looked after I can't thank the staff enough and thank you Debbie the manager as visitors we were made very welcome I would just like to say thank you

My Dad , Eric was a resident from Dec 25 to Feb 26, he went in to The Old Vicerage , as he was suffering from mild dementia, I think we used to call it senility!.He need a safe and secure place to live. He liked the staff and enjoyed the food, He loved to chat and drink tea with people. Whenever I visited he was always clean and dressed and the Staff genuinely seemed happy with his residence. The Staff where always helpful and pleasant to talk too, and willing to help in any way. I think he enjoyed his final few months. Thank you

My dad has been a resident at Brough Manor Care Home for 18 months now. He is very comfortable and happy here. He loves his room, which is very cozy for him. He enjoys all the food that is prepared for and served to the residents, stating that it is always very tasty. He compliments all the staff for being very supportive, helpful and caring. He enjoys participating with any activities available; sitting out in the secure courtyard during the nicer weather and the occassional trip out to the local pub whenever there is a staff member free to accompany him. Overall he is extremely happy living at the home and very complimentary with all aspects of the home, the staff and the care he receives.

It was a true home from home for her. I would definitely recommend it

Such a lovely home. My grandad was here on respite care and all of the staff were so friendly and professional. My grandad felt so loved during his stay here. Credits to all of the staff, you all do an amazing job.
