Residents are no 1 in this care home. Loads of activities organised and outings every day. Food is 100% home cooked. Any issues with resident, staff always phone. Staff are very friendly + accommodating. Make you very welcome. 100% given to this care home.

Fantastic Care Home couldn't ask for any better, so homely and lots entertainment and activities, staff are fantastic and more than just job to them, place is always spotless, lots of laughter and fun, fantastic all round

From what I have observed all of the staff have positive interactions with the residents, which again reverts back to experience in dealing with many of the residents who are perhaps suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia.

My husband has been a resident of Craigie Care Home for 22 months, and I can truthfully say that his care and treatment has been first class. Added to that, I have received great emotional support and kindness from all staff.

Lastly, the manager had a meeting recently with the family members and seemed determined to raise the standards. This was assuring to hear and most relatives I think left the meeting feeling good about his plans.

Mum has been a resident at Craigie since Jan 2026. The process for her admission was efficient and fast. She has a beautiful, airy room and the care she receives is amazing. All the staff are incredible, the residents all seem very happy, and although mum has Alzheimer's, she is settled and happy and it's obvious she is well taken care of. The Activities Co-ordinator is highly creative and puts in so much work. Mum is eating well and the food is great quality and variety. It really feels like a "home" with all the staff being extended family and we are very grateful for the care mum receives, and the welcome we get when visiting.

My mum's room at Craigie is always spotlessly clean and tidy and whilst the day lounges do have a few scrapes and scuffs they are always clean.
