My father had dementia and stayed at Littlecourt for the last year of his life. At first I found it painful to leave him for I wanted to care for him myself, but it became clear that a home was the best place for him. I am so grateful to Littlecourt that they provided such a supportive environment with
which to spend that time. It is in a beautiful village, wheeling my father around it was a real delight. The staff were attentive and kind, welcoming me and my dog at any hour. I would always find my father spotless, well fed, smiling and comfortable. Towards the end my father needed more care.Throughout the staff diligently and patiently attended to him. It is of enormous relief to think that he died content surrounded by such kind and genuine people. I especially was amazed by the wonderful nurses (Noel) and the superb GP who were always available to speak to and ensured my father died painlessly. I cannot recommend this home highly enough. Thankyou Littlecourt!

My Mother made the permanent move to Warwick Park Care Home a month ago. Since her arrival all the staff have been welcoming, patient and kind. The carers are always smiling and coped particularly well with the recent water problems. The admin and management team are responsive, organised and always
willing to help. Their recent residents' Christmas Party, to which relatives were invited, was a lot of fun and very generously catered. The affection between the residents and staff is very evident at all times.

Staff were diligent and caring. Always treated my relative with care and respect and did their best to cater for her difficult dietary needs.
Staff took care to speak clearly as she had severe hearing loss and had difficulty with some accents. She was included in as many activities as possible but
larger print books would have been appreciated. Her views were always sought with regards to any treatment plans.
Reply from Saskia Barden, Operations Support at Warwick Park Care HomeThank you for sharing your feedback and for highlighting the care and attention our staff provided to your relative. We are pleased to hear that she was treated with dignity and respect and that her dietary needs were carefully considered.

We also appreciate your comments regarding communication and activities. Ensuring that all residents are included and supported is very important to us, and your suggestion about larger print books is noted and will be taken into consideration.

Thank you again for your kind words and constructive feedback, it truly helps us continue to provide the best possible care.

My Mother was moved into Warwick Park care home after being in two hospitals since the 6th of June. She was on the pathway 3, her goal was to be able to return home. From day one, she was treated with care and understanding. She was encouraged to walk again and always had excellent support. All staff
were friendly and welcoming they seemed knowledgeable and approachable. We were encouraged to visit as much as we wanted to. I would have been happy for my 96-year-old mother to stay at Warwick Park, but she was keen to return home.

My husband stayed at Little Court from April 2024 until he died on January 3rd. At first, he was there for respite care as I was unable to care for him at home as I had broken my hip on the 15th of April. He was looked after by very efficient and friendly staff and seemed happy. Unfortunately, Alzheimer's
had taken his speech and most verbal communication, but as he was always a gentleman and accepting of the situation, he was popular with the staff.
I visited several times a week and the care home was always clean and smelt fresh. The staff were attentive and caring and the atmosphere was that of a happy home. The food was prepared in the kitchen very close at hand and was fresh and appealing and served to whoever needed assistance.
Clothes were constantly being cleaned and replaced.
Overall, I couldn't fault Little Court and it made a lasting impression on me as until then, I had not experienced a care home of any kind.

Warwick Park Care Home have been exemplary in their care for our mother. Who has sadly now died. The kindness shown to her by all the staff meant that after many years she was able to relax and enjoy the social aspect of living in a home, she felt safe and secure, and she was indeed extremely well cared
for. She loved having her hands massaged and new nail varnish applied, she was always eager to show us the new colour, the many functions they put on were very much enjoyed by her, and us when we could attend, (we were always made welcome). The home was always spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling, and generally well-kept.
We would especially like to thank all the staff who went above and beyond in keeping her comfortable and pain-free. Thank you.

My mother was admitted to Little Court Nursing Home for palliative care.
She was only there 5-6 weeks before she passed away.
In that short time Mum was at Little Court she received the best care from all the staff. Any issues that Mum had were addressed straight away.
The staff were so friendly
and happy and nothing was too much trouble.
I felt assured that when I was not able to see Mum as much as I would have liked to, she was well cared for.
Thank you Little Court.

My next of kin was a resident of Little Court for 18 months before sadly passing away in August. He suffered from dementia and was chairbound but the carers were always lovely to him and very patient. Any medical issues were spotted straight away and he received excellent nursing care. His room and
he himself were always kept very clean and there were never any nasty smells in the house! Everyone was very cheerful and there was a good variety of entertainment for those able to join in. But one of the stand out points about Little Court was the communication. I had regular face to face meetings with the Manager and any issues were followed up without chasing. The app they use allowed me to see how my relative was doing on a daily basis if I wanted and I appreciated the notes that the staff entered into it. If there were any more serious concerns, I was contacted by phone immediately. This excellent and consistent communication reassured me that I was being kept up to date.

My wife transferred to Warwick Park from Pembury Hospital to continue her recovery from a broken leg. I was very impressed by the high standard of care she received and she was always complimentary about every member of staff. The chef quickly learned what she liked to eat and aimed to provide this.
Two hospital appointments were arranged very efficiently. Her dirty clothes were washed and returned promptly with the minimum of fuss.
