There are a range of visiting options to suit residents and loved ones. Visits can take place in resident's rooms, in the lounge or, on a nice day, in the gardens or the visiting pods. Regular visits are encouraged and video calls can also be arranged. A number of events are organised throughout the year that are open to friends and family.
The home have four parking spaces on-site that can be reserved on request.

It’s extremely important to us that we support the whole team to evolve and change – in order to meet the changing needs of our residents, and to ensure we maintain best practices in the care environment. This means that it is also important to us to invest in our staff so they have the right skills and knowledge to do the best job possible, and are open to new ideas and ways of working. We have fundamentally reviewed our training and development for all staff and everyone will be asked to undertake new training regardless of their length of service. Robert has worked in care since 2005 and has experience in different roles within the industry. He is passionate about providing exceptional person-centred care for residents using the C&C services and the guidance and assistance of the rest of his care team.
Robert has worked for C&C since 2013, with his first role being at C&C's Homemade care home, where he developed his managerial and leadership skills.
He currently holds a QCF Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
