couldn't be such a constant without the genuine ethos of loving kindness which underpins interactions, decisions and all aspects of care.
At the weekend I was at Beechmore'a Summer Fair. The effort and planning which must have gone into into making it fun for all was evident everywhere and the commitment of staff and trustees also clear to see. The activities team are dedicated to bringing joy, both with the daily activities and special events such as this one - and this, coupled with with the thoughtfulness of the staff, makes every day as positive as it can be.
On behalf of the whole team, thank-you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review of our service, which we will share with all staff. It is our aim, always, to provide the high standard of respectful and dignified care that you have described in your review. Thank-you once again
While visiting Beechmore Court I have been extremely pleased with the way the staff go out of their way to be caring, kind and enthusiastic while helping the residents enjoy their day. It is a delight to see the way staff continually engage with the residents. Each time I have visited there have been activities and social events that my dad is taking part in and enjoying. This is just what he needed. Beechmore Court has a very welcoming atmosphere for all visitors at an emotional time, this is very much appreciated.
Following the sudden passing of our dad, we needed to find suitable residential care for our mum and Beechmore Court were so very accommodating and welcoming, taking her at very short notice. Despite mum's grief and consequential deterioration in her behaviour due to her advance mixed dementia, the staff have done their utmost to make her feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. They have shown kindness, friendliness, patience, understanding and a willingness to do whatever it takes to make her feel settled and well cared for. At a very difficult time for our family, the staff at Beechmore Court have been just wonderful. The food and activities are all lovely, the garden a tranquil space to enjoy the sunshine and birds singing and there are areas where we can be with mum as a family, if needed, such as the conservatory. For us, though, the best aspect is the Christian ethos which permeates the whole home and mum enjoys the regular 'services' and Communion.
On behalf of the whole team, thank-you for taking the time to write such a lovely review of Beechmore Court. Our aim is always to provide the kind of service you have described in your review. We are so happy to know that this has been your experience. It is our privilege to support your mum and you, her family. Thank-you for entrusting us with her care
We recently moved my mother into Beechmore Court after she was no longer able to live independently in her home. Beechmore Court was extremely responsive to our inquiry and planning the whole process with us.As we do not live in the area we had to move my mother in very quickly, with very little notice in a short period of time. Beechmore Court was able to change her move-in date at our request without any issues, the staff was very accommodating, the accommodations are top-notch, and my mother was thrilled to move in. Since she's been in Beechmore Court, we have received updates on how she's doing and she continues to enjoy it very much. We could not be happier.
Thank-you for taking the time to write such a positive review of our service. We are delighted to hear that your mother is thrilled to be here! Thank-you for entrusting us with her care
The home provides a warm welcome, and a homely atmosphere.
If we request, for the family to celebrate in private, an area is readily made available for our use.
The staff always updates me with any concerns that they might have, regarding my mother's welfare.
All the staff show care and compassion, when situations become difficult, and never lose patients.
We are satisfied and happy for Mum to remain in your care.
The activity team do a fantastic job in keeping the residents engaged with a huge variety of games and activities, I especially like the social events as it gives our family the chance to join in and meet other residents and their families.
I couldn't wish for a nicer environment for mum to live in and be cared for. Many thanks to Jacky and her excellent team.
Thank you for your kind words and excellent review. We really appreciate and are so happy with your feedback on our employees. We will pass on your thanks to all of our colleagues whether in leadership, administration, catering, activities or care.
She is well cared for and the home keeps us informed of any care needs if the doctor needs to be called etc
I honestly cannot fault the care mum has received and I feel happy she is being looked after
The staff always acknowledge us when we visit and are so friendly and Efficient at all times

Staff always very friendly, welcoming, loving, and caring, always get a cup of tea when visiting mum , when I take mum out they always have her tablets ready for me , and when I bring her back later in the evening someone is always there to welcome her home which is lovely.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review of our service and thank you for entrusting us with the care of your mum. We are glad to know that the care we deliver means that you have peace of mind.
This home is outstanding in all respects. It is run by a Christian charity in a professional, business-like manner but not commercial. It is obvious that care of residents is its principle aim. My brother's short term residence was unusual as it was for rehabilitation and assessment following a stroke. The manager courageously regarded this as a worthwhile challenge and she and all her staff responded magnificently. They have embraced the home's aims of care through consideration, kindness and respect. Individual staff excelled in their empathy for my brother giving considerable amount of time listening and adapting to suit what was required at the time. Rehabilitation was helped by many acts of kindness eg. taking him for a walk to the not-so-local shops to build confidence in going outside. The atmosphere is welcoming and accommodating for visitors.
Thank-you for taking the time to complete such a positive review of our service. We greatly appreciate the lovely feedback you have provided on the support that the Beechmore team have been able to give to your brother and we will share this with our amazing staff
Recently she has been unwell and all the staff cared for her very well.
Thank-you for taking the time to submit a review of our service. We will share your kind comments with our staff team
Communicating with her had become more challenging as her sight and hearing deteriorated but they found ways to manage it.
The staff look happy to be doing their important and demanding work, noticing and willingly doing that little bit extra for the resident and the visitor.
Communication between the home and relatives has always been excellent.
The activity programme is varied and designed to be able to include everyone who wishes to join in, residents and visitors alike.
My aunt has been settled and content here. I am very glad that we found this lovely place for her

Beechmore Court is an amazing community. Dad felt at home as soon as he walked in the door. The staff are so attentive and caring. Dad enjoyed joining in the variety of activities and is very complimentary about the food. First class care home.
Thank you for taking the time to comment on how your Dad 'felt at home' as that is our shared aim in supporting people whilst they need us as a care home community. We share feedback with colleagues.
My mother has been cared for at Beechmore Court since December 2024. We have been warmly welcomed from day one, the attention to safety, comfort and well-being are outstanding. The necessary adjustments to my mother's needs are taken care of seamlessly and I am kept informed about anything to do with my mum. Management and staff are professional, friendly and dedicated to providing quality care. The care home offers a range of engaging activities and social events, encouraging residents to stay active and connected, invitations are always extended to the families of the residents. Having my mum looked after so well is a blessing and a relief.
Thank-you for taking the time to complete such an encouraging review, which we appreciate and which we will share with colleagues. Thank-you for entrusting us with the care of your mother
I spend the last night of my father-in-law's life at the care home this week. Everyone from the carers to site staff and absolutely everyone were very kind, caring and compassionate towards him at the end of his life. The care they gave to my father in law was first class and although he had been in the home only for a short time, they all knew him and were clearly interested in him as a person. The staff were so caring at all times. 5 days before he passed away, he was doing karaoke at the Easter party having a great time. We were given lovely pictures from that event and we will treasure them forever. The way the staff related to me was lovely and they went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after too. When my father in law died, everyone went above and beyone to care for us and they were very compassionate, caring and considerate and treated my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and I with utmost love, respect and care. We are so grateful my father in law got to spend his last 3 weeks in this beautiful home.
On behalf of the whole team - thank you for the description of your experience at Beechmore Court. We count it a privilege to support people through our communities. We aim to walk alongside people during challenging times. So grateful for the way you describe this short but key stage of life.
Mum is a permanent resident at the Beechmore Court for almost a year now. Everyone was so caring, understanding, and welcoming from day one, when mum began her stay and when we as a family were trying to adjust to mum's, and the family's, new situation. Staff and management have consistently given a high level of care, attention and compassion to mum and her challenges. They have taken care of her with patience, understanding and genuine concern for her health, welfare and wellbeing. They ensure they keep us updated on everything relevant about mum. Family are welcome to events/activities and we have attended a number of them and had lots of good times with mum, even though she might not fully realise who we are. There are activities every day for her to participate in and they really care about providing stimulating and enjoyable moments for residents. There is genuine kindness shown, and our family has peace of mind that mum is being well taken care of. That means so much to us.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review of our service, which has been shared with all of our staff. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your mum. We are so happy to know that the care we deliver means that you have peace of mind.
A very friendly, pleasant and well-maintained home with excellent activities for residents and very helpful staff. My mother was a resident at Beechmore Court some years ago and my good friend is a resident at present, so my assessment is as an "outsider" but I have no hesitation in stating my observation as the ratings.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. Your comments are appreciated.
They keep me informed of any matters relating to my mother's care.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. Your comments are appreciated.
When my mother first moved into Beechmore Court from hospital, she was warmly welcomed by staff and residents. She has been given good and kind care and she is back to her old self again and is very happy in this home.
Dear James, thank you for taking the time to review our service. We very much appreciate your kind words and your comments will be passed on to our staff. Please feel free to feedback how we can improve on our facilities and rooms. Kind regards, Brigitta.
Since then, my mum has gradually improved in health. She is walking better and mixing well with all the other residents. They have a very engaging programme for the residents to join in with. The food and refreshments are great. As a visitor, you are always made very welcome and there is a fabulous friendly feel when you enter. We, as a family, are very pleased with the way our mum is being cared for.
Dear Angela, thank you for your review and complimenting us on the service we provide for our residents. We are glad that your mum's health improved and she is happy at Beechmore Court. Your comments will be passed on to our staff. Kind regards, Brigitta.
The head of the home was very patient with us when making arrangements, as a lot of the first contacts were through email and phone, and we had a lot of questions to ask! Admin staff were also very quick to answer any of our queries and the overall admission process went smoothly.
All the staff gave a very warm welcome and created a cosy, friendly environment. Visits could be made (and were encouraged) at any time during the day, including young children. Within no time Mum felt relaxed and at home, and made friends with other residents. Food was very good (... even had a surprise birthday cake!)
A minor medical issue was dealt with immediately.
Although obviously happy to go back to her own home, she was sad to say goodbye to everyone at Beechmore Court.
Thank you for your kind words. We are so pleased to be able to help people, however short their stay at Beechmore Court. It is our ambition to help people feel 'at home' even when welcoming visitors. We will pass on your thanks to all of our colleagues whether in leadership, administration, catering or care. Thank you, the whole CHA team
