Beechmore Court care home is run by Cedarmore Housing Association which is a not-for-profit organisation with a Christian ethos based in Bickley, Bromley.

All support, personal care, food, drinks, laundry, cleaning, building maintenance and heating is included in the weekly fee along with a varied programme of activities. Hospital visits, outings to theatres or stately homes will incur a charge to cover the ticket price and care escort. The cost of taxis, chiropody, hairdressing, dental treatment are chargeable to the account on a quarterly basis.
Beechmore Court is not for profit. Fees are reviewed annually and are set at the level required to provide high quality care, with high numbers of kind, caring and well-trained staff. Very high staff to resident ratio in our dementia level 4.

My father has been a resident at Beechmore Court for six months now and we cannot fault the care that he has received. He is treated with kindness and dignity and the care from all the staff is amazing. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful when we visit, or when we speak over the phone. The
Christian ethos shines through with the love and care that has been shown, and also the extra time that staff spend with him. We would highly recommend this lovely care home.

When Mum and Dad made the decision that Dad could no longer stay at home with Mum we started our search for a care home for Dad. Dad was not keen at all to leave the family home and was facing it with some dread. We elected for Beechmore Court for a number of reasons. Proximity to the family home, friendliness
of the staff, the efficiency of management.
Predictably Dad was initially unhappy but within 3 months he described himself as being 'well integrated' into the life at Beechmore and even recently said 'it's like a fun fair in here'. It's very comforting to know that he feels this way as his mind is still very active even if his body is not!
He seems to love the food and always tells me in advance what's for lunch whenever I come over to eat with him. His favourite, and now mine is the slow-cooked lamb chop!
When Mum passed the staff were exceptionally caring and supportive.
Above all the staff know how to smile, laugh and have a bit of fun.

Visited my mum yesterday. Was shown to the conservatory, offered tea and coffee and staff made sure mum was wrapped up well. Went to mum's room which had recently been rearranged to accommodate her needs. Everywhere was pristine and tidy and within reach.

When our dear mum no longer had the capacity to live in her own home, we made the difficult decision to move her into a care home. A friend recommended Beechmore Court, so after visiting and much discussion, the decision was made to move her in September 2020. I simply cannot speak highly enough of
the welcome we received as a family, which made the settling in process so much easier for my mum. The staff spent time getting to know my mum and all her little ways and preferences, which made such a difference to her happiness and well-being. They welcomed any information, ideas and suggestions we offered in regards to Mum's care. Mum put on weight within weeks of arriving and told us how good the food was, plenty of fresh vegetables she told us. Mum is always clean and well cared for. A variety of activities are provided and Mum recently enjoyed watching ducklings hatch and take their first swim! As far as is possible, Beechmore Court provide a homely, family environment.

My Mum moved into this home in November 2017 and has always been treated with kindness, love and respect. It felt like a massive weight off my mind that she seemed happy right from the start. The staff are well trained and always decide things with the family, keeping your relatives best interest at
heart. Mum is always clean, tidy, socialising and she looked fitter and better within weeks of arriving. The home has different activities for the residents, including many outings in the summer months. Mum is safe and relaxed and as a family, I can enjoy her again instead of worrying about all the day to day stuff.
