Dad has been in Fairmount since July 2018. We are very happy with his care. He is always clean and seems happy. The home is very clean and has a genuine "happy" staff.

Always welcomed by staff when we visit my sister. We are included when doing some of the entertainment. They care for my sister very well.

After viewing half a dozen homes I came across Fairmount. I found it had a warm homely feel to it, probably because it's a large Victorian house with extensions. The staff are friendly and care for the residents. It has a lovely large flat garden which is used by all in the fairer weather. Rooms are
clean and modern and I hope my children put me in there if the need arose.

I have lived in this care home for a period of time since 2011 (about 3 years) and permanently since 2014.
I don't think I could have been happier allowing for the pain of giving up control of a busy and exciting life as the matriarch are a largish family - now numbering 24 persons between the ages
of 89 and 120 years.

My mum has been in Fairmount Residential Care Home for a couple of weeks and settling in well and making friends. We were overjoyed with what we had seen, kindly staff, lovely home cooked food and joyful entertainment and a lovely room. Sadly she became ill and was taken to the hospital for 10 days
which was not a good experience. She was taken back to Fairmount Residential Care Home at 7:30 in the evening where the night staff did everything they could to reassure her and settle her back in with a cup of tea and cake. I have every confidence in the Fairmount staff that my mum is being cared for by lovely, kind and caring staff. We feel blessed she is there.

Our mother has only been a resident at Fairmount for 2 weeks now, but so far we are happy with the care and support she is receiving. She seems to have settled in well and we have had no complaints. Let's hope it continues. Thank you!

Our mum has been here since October 2016 and we are all extremely happy with her care. She has dementia and needs help with even the most basic tasks. She is treated with kindness and dignity and good humour by all the staff. She is very settled and content. We would recommend Fairmont Residential Care

My aunt has settled in really well. She is eating well. All of the staff are very kind and caring. The home is very bright and clean. There are several activities each week. There is a beautiful garden with a large fish pond and a decking area and summer house. It's more like someone's home rather

Management and staff very helpful and supportive. Fairmount Care Home is very clean and there are daily activities for the residents. There are gardens that are well kept and offer quiet outside space to the residents. The rooms are furnished to a high standard.

This is an extremely well-run care home with the carers providing professional and compassionate care.
My mum has been a resident for 3 years and we have all been very pleased with the friendly approach to her care. There are plenty of seating areas and entertainment to give the residents a variety
of daily activities to keep them amused.
Hairdresser, laundry, podiatrist and doctor all on hand.

My friend has been a resident for only a short time and Fairmount is fantastic. Due to problems in her original home she had to be moved. Fairmount staff are extremely compassionate to all clients and their families and friends and made this transition time extra comforting for all. My friend has seemed

My mother has vascular dementia and is very hearing impaired. She has been a resident at Fairmount since 2013. Since she moved in, she has gained weight and has been well cared for generally. The staff are caring and attentive and friendly and approachable to relatives and visitors. Her bedroom
is clean and pleasant.
