Our only observation is that the information we received about her care and any needs was patchy at best, e.g., she was a chiropodist regularly, but we didn't know, and she would not remember. In general, the admin wasn't great, but the care was.

I have visited my mother on five occasions this month for the first time. She has been a resident for some seven years and although my knowledge is limited I can only but describe all aspects of my mother's care as excellent in the light of her obvious responses to questions put.
The home is beautifully run. Excellent manager and staff. Everyone is most helpful and caring. The garden is lovely and soothing for a troubled mind.
I can see that this care home is miles apart from the others we briefly experienced.
This is the second time my Husband has stayed at Meadowside. He does attend the day care home. Again I am very happy with the way in which he has been looked after. The staff are excellent and very caring and I would be very delighted for him to stay again in the near future.
Extremely knowledgeable and caring staff with a special mention to two lady carers.
Thank you to all the staff at Meadowside.
My mother feels safe and among friends. She enjoyed attending the weekly art group (she was an artist) and recently has loved going swimming an activity she used to daily when she lived independently. She out dances other residents when she has the opportunity. The staff are very caring and stayed with her at A & E until we could get there which is one and a half hour drive for us. I am greatly relieved knowing she is happy, safe and well cared for.
My 91-year-old mother is at Meadowside they are so very kind to my mother. She is happy, secure and has improved since being at Meadowside. Special thanks to two certain carers who take such good care of mum.
It is a brilliant home. Very friendly and very caring people work here. 100% the best home ever. I love the staff very much.
My brother is very complimentary toward the facility and staff. He says "it's a very nice hotel ad the staff are wonderful". We, his family, are very relieved and comforted knowing that he is in such good, capable hands.
We could not feel more comfortable about my brother's care, well-being and his new home.
My mum is in Meadowside. The atmosphere is lovely, calm, caring and homely. You feel it as soon as you walk in the door. The care mum is getting is excellent she always looks lovely clean and well cared for. The housekeeping team and carers are excellent and you can always talk to them. I feel the communication is very good. I would have no problems to recommend your home and I feel happy that mum is safe and being well cared for.
The staff on the second floor are always lovely. My sister really appreciates them. Not just the carers, but the cleaners too.
Since then they have worked hard to ensure he settles in well feels comfortable and has what he needs in the way he likes. The team leader on his floor deserves a particular mention.
She is outstanding and shows great kindness and understanding.
The atmosphere in my father's flat is very calm, quiet and homely, although there are plenty of activities to join if my father wishes. Our family considers the home is extremely well-managed.
The entire staff are extremely caring and diligent and have looked after my father-in-law so well. Nothing is too much trouble and they are flexible, bespoke and very professional. We are very grateful for everything they are doing for him.
As a family, we are all delighted that our relative is now living safely at Meadowside. The staff are lovely including their activity coordinator and the manager is kind and efficient. The ensuite room is perfect except for the lighting. The addition of a dimmer switch would be very helpful.
Beautiful accommodation, good food, great carers and spotlessly clean.
