My sister is happy here. We had a lovely garden party .with music and good food. Staff are always very attentive ..she has been living here the past 20 years..and is happy ..she has settled in well and has made friends too.

We found the service delivered at Mountview to be of a caring, professional standard. They ensured my Father was kept comfortable and had everything he needed during his time with them, including arranging daily papers. His room was pleasant with comfortable bed and all the amenities he required....

The staff always treated him with care and dignity, and they ensured that any necessary communication was delivered to me in a timely manner. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone and thank them again for the time my Father spent with them in the past few months.
The manager is very industrious professional who has information of the clients at her fingertips. This is very cordial because informant aids care. I have also inspected the facilities and I am satisfied the service can be rated as excellent. My clients' welfare has improved from my last visit.

Faith has worked in the care sector for 26 years. Initially as a Care Assistant, then trained as an RGN and worked in critical care in the NHS. She has worked in Care home management since 2019, and she is proud of her achievements supporting staff with turning homes around.She is happy she will be leading the teams of Eastbury Nursing Home and Mountview to good and efficient care and intends to share the knowledge and skills she has acquired over the past 26 years with them.
