My friend has a birthday today we have a lovely cake made by the cook here. She has been well looked after. Been taken out to buy new clothes.So she has a nice new wardrobe and is looked very nice.

We found the service delivered at Mountview to be of a caring, professional standard. They ensured my Father was kept comfortable and had everything he needed during his time with them, including arranging daily papers. His room was pleasant with comfortable bed and all the amenities he required. His
bathroom was always clean and hygienic. The staff always treated him with care and dignity, and they ensured that any necessary communication was delivered to me in a timely manner. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone and thank them again for the time my Father spent with them in the past few months.

The manager is very industrious professional who has information of the clients at her fingertips. This is very cordial because informant aids care. I have also inspected the facilities and I am satisfied the service can be rated as excellent. My clients' welfare has improved from my last visit.

I have been visiting my friend since she came to Mountview at the beginning of 2019. She is very contact here and feels safe. The staff are caring and very kind.
She doesn't always want to eat at mealtimes and staff have been happy to prepare something out of hours.

I feel very safe here and I love my room. I love my food as it's very good. I have my medicine regularly that keeps me well and the staff are good to me and I trust them. We have day and night staff so I am secure. I get on well with the other residents. I have started going out with the staff to the
shops and they help me buy my toiletries. I do my washing and drying here and the staff help me with my needs.

My brother is being cared for like a family member. All his needs are catered for but unfortunately, he has now been assessed for full nursing care, so has to move to a nursing home.
I shall be very sad the day he leaves as the staff have become like friends.
They always contact me if any problems
day or night.

My sister has been a resident here for nearly two years. She is happy here, likes the staff and enjoys her meals. She cannot cope on her own and this home has given her the care that she needs. The home is clean and well cared for, the staff are caring, which is what she needs.

My husband has recently had two respite stays at Mountview, for a week in June and a weekend in July. I have only the highest praise for the way in which the staff managed my husband and for the level of care provided. Everyone was fully aware of his individual needs and challenges and tailored his
care to meet these. During the course of the last year a number of homes have refused to accept my husband because of his challenging behaviour, however Mountview staff have met these needs and I have felt reassured by their excellent service.
