My husband has recently had two respite stays at Mountview, for a week in June and a weekend in July. I have only the highest praise for the way in which the staff managed my husband and for the level of care provided. Everyone was fully aware of his individual needs and challenges and tailored his care to meet these. During the course of the last year a number of homes have refused to accept my husband because of his challenging behaviour, however Mountview staff have met these needs and I have felt reassured by their excellent service.

Faith has worked in the care sector for 26 years. Initially as a Care Assistant, then trained as an RGN and worked in critical care in the NHS. She has worked in Care home management since 2019, and she is proud of her achievements supporting staff with turning homes around.She is happy she will be leading the teams of Eastbury Nursing Home and Mountview to good and efficient care and intends to share the knowledge and skills she has acquired over the past 26 years with them.
