Excellent care given and our son treated with respect, with his individual needs clearly recognised, life is very happy. We are kept in regular contact via email, phone calls and video chats, which we have due to Covid-19.
My son has been in the residence for a few years and I am happy with all aspects of his care. His bedroom is very comfortable and his food choices are very good. He is kept busy with activities and receives the best care.
Sheridan House is a very well established, safe and happy home who have supported our daughter with complex needs for the past 12 years. The caring and compassionate staff in Sheridan House always include everyone in their choices and go the extra mile to ensure everyone is treated with dignity and respect. The caring, family atmosphere in Sheridan House is warm and friendly, with approachable, excellent, well-led management. We can highly recommend Sheridan House to anyone, as they can be reassured their loved one will be given the best chances of an inclusive and well-supported quality of life.
She has always been happy and well cared for.
Thanks to all.
Positive experience. The staff are caring and helpful providing my client with the support required.
I have visited Sheridan House several times over the years and l can honestly say that the staff have always been very professional with their approach in dealing with my stepson. l have always gone unannounced when I have visited and when l go to his room it has always been tidy and clean, as has his personal hygiene and dress. They are always willing to discuss his medication and his wellbeing. Today l spoke with two members of staff and as always they were both informative and pleasant to talk to. l would like to finish with whenever I leave l come away feeling reassured that my stepson is happy and very well cared for in a safe environment
