Victoria Cottage is my sons home in many ways. The house itself is warm and comfortable always the smell of home cooked food . I am always greeted with a smile and the offer of a drink. The staff are friendly, and always happy to answer questions about his day. He is always looking his best and has a smile to give me. I cannot praise the staff and management enough for the care my son gets there.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review! It means a lot to us here at Victoria Cottage to hear you kind words and praise. Best wishes from all the staff and management of Victoria Cottage.
The staff are friendly and supportive to both residents and their families and the client's needs are always of paramount importance. The home is decorated to a high standard and is clean and tidy, The staff take pride in their work and have an understanding and empathy with all of the residents.
