Mum was at Rowles House for just over 3 years. The love, care and compassion shown to mum was amazing, especially as her life was drawing to a close. The staff were absolutely brilliant, going above and beyond the call of duty.

Overall Experience

Rowles House offers a homely environment. I feel my wife is well cared for and staff show genuine affection for the residents.

I feel that both myself and other carers are included and well informed about our loved ones and the running of the home.

Following a change in management and a review of the staffing and responsibilities, I feel that improvements have been made and there are plenty of activities led by an enthusiastic co-ordinator who clearly wants the best for everyone - family and friends are included too.

Overall, there is some room for improvement which the management acknowledge and are making the necessary changes to facilitate this.

I found that all the areas of care and attention my mother needs have been met. If I asked for anything that my mother, or myself, needed, assistance was almost immediate.

I have found the care of my mother in law to be extremely good. She has been treated very well in the two months she has been here.
