They have a wide range of knowledge and expertise and are committed to providing superb care with sensitivity, respect and compassion. They also have close relationships with residents’ families, who are encouraged to share their feedback and be involved in their loved ones’ care.
Day to day life at Forget Me Not is packed with activities, from pursuing hobbies and keeping fit to parties. The home has regular visits from the community from yoga sessions to therapy animals. Fresh and nutritious food is prepared in the home’s chef; they get to know each resident’s favourite dishes so there is something for everyone and any dietary requirements can be catered for.

I feel that my dad is safe at Forget me not, and I can go home after visiting knowing he is well looked after. Dad frequently tells me how good the staff are.

An excellent care home. Lovely staff who care well for the residents. Nice food for the residents and regular entertainment. We are always kept up to date with any medical problems and always informed of any accidents. We always know that mum is being looked after.

For Forget me no, Covid has brought with it lots of problems to deal with, and they have dealt with it fantastically, with no residents or staff catching it so far - safety is paramount. Testing for Covid is constantly being updated, if visiting protocols change, access to my aunt via the communication platform Skype has been a tremendous worry free bonus.
