My father spent a week's respite at this care home. The staff were friendly and professional. My father has stayed at various care homes however this is the first care home that I can honestly say that he was 'at ease' in. He suffers from Lewy body dementia and all the staff were knowledgeable in this condition. I know they have just expanded and opened a specialist dementia area and although not all of the facilities were up and running I do believe that when this happens it will be fantastic. I felt happy leaving him there.

Hello, my name is Beth, I’m one of the lead care assistants at Broadoaks and I have been working here since 2018. I like the food at Broadoaks and hearing the stories resident tell me about their past. I like to sit and bond with each resident and learn new things from them. I like to think of Broadoaks as one big happy family.
